Just a more conventional method, downloaded the fgdb from Survey123 (or AGOL but Survey is a little quicker to navigate to if that is all I want). Then just export the main table data to excel and I edited a script to pull out the attachments (below). I really like Survey123 for attachment management since you control the photo names via the fields and there is only 1 photo allowed per field so no dups. I played with the batch export below to edit the file naming a little for my needs but it may work as is for you. Really easy to use. 41763 - Batch export attachments from a feature class

Thanks, good to know it wasnt on my end. If that gets worked out it would be great. The more I use Survey123 the more I like it. Looking forward to the new updates

That is the problem, unless it is an official ESRI widget it may never and once dashboard updates come out it may never work so always have a backup. I ran into an issue with an export widget which doesnt like Survery123 maps. Might never get an update so I had to figure a way outside dashboard.

Odd I use related tables often in collector and have no issues updating. So when you click on the main feature and goto view related in collector you see the related item but the sync fails? How do you have your relate set up? Is it a GlobalID to a GUID?

Yeah dashboard is very nice for ops management and it has been an easy way to pull data from collector but better have a backup cause who knows if things will break with each release. Just ended up pulling fdgb and a script to pull attachments and skipped dashboard

Yes, there is an edit feature widget you can add which will let you update fields or completely delete a record.

No, its not a big deal as I found another way that works but I was curious if others ran into dash crashing. I would think it would give an error vs just crashing.

Ok so maybe this is not support or I am not understanding. I have a grouping (I have a simple example below) based on 2 choices say sign and light. One group (sign) has required fields and relevancy is set so the group is only relevant when it = sign. When I am in the light group I am getting a message in the survey that I did not complete the required field (Image1 in the sign group. Why is this? MultiSelect hardware (Sign or Light) Begin Sign group (relevant only if hardware = sign) Image1 - 1st photo (Required) Add_Signs1 - Are there additional signs? (yes or no) Begin additional sign group (I am doing this as repeat is not yet supported) (relevant only if Add_Signs1 = yes) Image2 - 2nd photo Are there additional signs? (yes or no) ...........This repeats 5 times End (ends the Additional sign group) Geopoint collection End (Ends the sign group) Begin Light group (relevant only if hardware = light) Are the lights working (yes or no) Geopoint collection End (Ends the sign group)

Kinda we were play with this. offline the basemap displays grey but if you are at the location needed w/gps it will collect your point but not see the basemap (the pinpoint moves but there is no reference)

We have full survery completed, works fine on the Ipad but on a users Iphone it keeps crashing when they take a picture sometimes there is an issue with it crashing. This never happens on Ipads though?

Thanks I was hoping for a way to export only attachments directly but wishful thinking. I know I can export via the FGDB but what I realized and really liked was that with Survey123 I can assign the photo naming convention based on the field name.

Thanks yeah that is usually my issue we do not have our own imagery and ESRI basemaps you cant create tile packages. I was hoping you found some other way but both your explaination and the blog are great step by steps.

I even created a simple survey with just a selection field and photo field and it also errored out though it did export the attachments but not the csv.
