Still seems to not be working? I know labels are not supported in collector but from this post I am confused if I should see them in dashboard?  I have a feature service setup in arcmap to display labels and published.  I then enabled them in AGOL and they show fine on my webmap but using that webmap does not show the labels in dashboard. ... I'm interested in this as well.  I don't have the need but it is definitely something I could see coming up.  Have you tried to go into your feature service description and tried to use the export instead of just opening up directly?  Not sure if that would matter.  I have republished feature services and seen no issues in collector and no changes needed but it was just to update with no data. As a side question to you, the constant republishing are you not running into a lot of credit issues?  Each republish is a credit burn which is why I avoid doing it often especially with data/attachments. ... Its pretty much instant when they show up online assuming you are in a connected environment.  If they are not showing on your webmap open up the table and see if the data is there.  If it is then it's likely a display setting of some kind in your webmap.  Not enough details to really answer more. ... I'm in the us and I really haven't seen this as an issue on many tests I've done.  There is some offset at times but really the basemaps are used for reference.  I wonder why the accuracy of the basemap is a concern though?  I'd assume as this is for field data collection you would be more concerned with the accuracy of the gps device being used and you can set accuracy settings within collector.  The field people will be standing in the collection locations so no matter where it shows on your basemap your data would be based on the device gps.  Now you can select a point in collector that is not the physical location but we only ever do this in testing or backoff (and when accuracy is not needed to that level).  If your teams are not able to stand in the exact locations and the accuracy is that much of a concern maybe look into range finders that they can set gps from a distance. ... Thanks, good points and its the process we usually follow.  I think in your head you can easily forget this is so much more than just a survey when designing and you are really creating a schema.  When I did try on my device to download the update survey I ended up with 2 of the same name on the device.  Maybe I had a survey in the old version. ...
