Yes Zhifang, your fix seems to be successful. Now this function returns all attachments into the feature report just as before. Great work! Let me know when it is deployed in the main website

Hello Ismael, since this recent update, our team on ArcGIS Portal Enterprise can't get more than 1 picture in Feature Reports. It used to print all feature attachments available, and now it prints only 1 and usually the last one... Is there any different way of referring to attachments in Feature Reports? Previously we've been using this to get all feature attachments printed: ${#$attachment}${$file | size:475:0}${$/attachment}

Hello Stefano, Thank you very much for your input. Do I understand correctly that I should download the File GDBs of the 2 feature services before I can append them with ArcGIS Pro? And after that I just republish and overwrite one of the feature services? (to keep the Survey123 form item connected to it) The idea is to continue using one merged survey123 for continuous collection of data... I hope that is possible! /Aurelija

Hello there, I have a situation where my project manager requested me to create a Survey123. After a few months, I got a request to create a similar Survey123 (a few of questions were added or deleted, but it is still similar) (and i dont know why we didn't just update the original survey in the first place. So currently we have a few hundred of records in one survey and a few hundred records in another. The request is now to merge both the surveys (with slightly differing schema) so that all the records are in one survey to continue with. What would be the best way to do that? The objective is to keep all data with all attachments (pictures and audio recordings related to either survey) in one final survey. I am thinking about playing with ArcGIS Pro on the published feature services, but I am not sure if this would keep the attachments intact as well? All ideas are welcome. /Aurelija

Hello Jim, I only noticed your reply now. Actually when i reported this problem to the customer company (on which ArcGIS Portal i've been working) that we have this issue, it has been fixed after a few days. So I am not sure what was the issue behind this after all... /Aurelija

Hello Jim, I am having a similar issue trying to generate a feature report with my template in ArcGIS Enterprise Survey123 website as well. Previously it was working (about 2 months ago), so I don't know what could have changed since then. I have tried on the older and newer survey123 forms that we've been working on. This is the exact error I keep on getting everywhere: (sample reports also fail to generate) The web map ID is correct. I found this on the internet, but the solution provided here is not good, because survey has been created with Survey123 Connect app, so I can't change the webmap anymore once the survey was published and the data has already been collected... or can I? will it really help? (as I doubt that...and i'm afraid to lose the data by republishing the survey...) Error: Failed to print map for ${}. Failed to load web map: Failed to load portal item Can I write you a message and attach files personally? Will be looking for a response, Aurelija

Hello! I am having a similar problem while trying to extract the roof forms of a part of Danish city Hillerod. I have all the data required and came up to the point of extracting roof forms and it returns with ERROR:999999... Tried iterating many times with different parameters and also tried to start from 0, but it didnt help. This is the error i'm getting, could you help me as well? I also went through the training material with Portland data, all worked fine, it only started throwing errors when using my own data. Actually, i also cannot make it work for "Extract elevation from LAS Dataset" (throws me errors), so instead I created 3 different rasters required with ArcGIS Pro Analysis tools (LAS Dataset to Raster and Raster Calculator). Could this be a root cause? If so, how to make the "Extract elevation from LAS Dataset" task tool to work then?... Maybe you could try out with my data and see where the problem is? Best Regards, Aurelija Viluckyte

Hello @Peter King . Thanks you very much for your response. We tried to download this patch and install hoping for the best. However, it still didn't fix our problem . We sent a query to our ESRI distributor, hopefully they find the fix. Anyways if anyone else had a similar issue, I'm still waiting for any comments you might share!

Hello! I have a web map that has been created on ArcGIS Portal. Our Portal is federated. The feature layer (service) and web map have all the required settings based on the documentation of ArcGIS Collector app. When logged in to the ArcGIS Collector app on iPhone (iOS), we can see the webmap and collect points, the problem is we can't attach pictures. When we take a picture, the following error occurs: "Update Failed: 1 attachment could not be sent". We are using the Classic Collector app, however, I also tried downloading the new version, the same error occurs . I've tried to simulate the same workflow over Blue Stacks (android) Collector on PC, and everything seems to be working and attachments uploading to the web map. I also have tried my ArcGIS Online account with another web map where I tried to attach a photo using my iPhone and Collector app, it also worked perfectly without giving me any errors. However, we must get it to work on ArcGIS Portal for my team, as we don't have access to additional ArcGIS Online user accounts right now, and probably, there should be no issue like this working wherever... Anyone had this problem or has any idea what could have gone wrong? Attached you will find an error screenshot from iPhone, and also what the ArcGIS Server Manager puts as a Warning when we try to attach a photo.
