Is this in ArcGIS Online or Enterprise? I ran a quick test using ArcGIS Online and can't reproduce the issue. Here's my test app; https://jsapi.maps.arcgis.com/apps/instant/3dviewer/index.html?appid=596b3f4ec7c64ec2aa7410c0df1f9397 Is your app public? If so can you share the link? If not can you open the developer tools when you run the app and let me know if there are any errors in the developer console? If you aren't familiar with dev tools here are details on how to open for various browsers: https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/#:~:text=To%20open%20the%20developer%20console,(on%20Windows%2FLinux).

No that is not currently available. If the records are related then you could enable the related records option in the config and it would appear when the polygon was clicked and users could select the feature and it would be highlighted. If they aren’t related can you tell me a bit more about how it would work? Is there a field in the voting district that matches the polling location?

Thanks for the extra info. I tested it with the Android Studio device emulator and can't reproduce but I'm trying to find an actual device to test with. A colleague has a Google PIxel 6 and can't repro with that device. Can you test on your device in incognito mode and let me know if the behavior is the same? It might also be worth clearing your cache then re-testing.

@DavidColey With instant apps each individual app you create is just a JSON file that defines the settings so apps created before and after the release are pointing to the same source code. This means that the issue you are seeing is most likely due to a setting that is enabled after but not before. The most likely culprit for this is the "Classic Panel" setting that was disabled for this release. Can you try enabling the "Classic Panel" setting in the configuration experience and see if that resolves the issue you are seeing on the Pixel?

In order to edit related records it looks like you need to configure the relationship within the form editor available in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer. This blog post has details on how to get related records into the form. https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/introducing-related-record-editing-in-map-viewer/#configuring-related-records-in-map-viewer

I also think it could be a good app enhancement to support navigating to a particular bookmark. I'll look at adding support in a future release.

@RossFindlayCOC there isn't currently a URL param that will go to an individual slide but it does support the viewpoint url params so you could use those to go to the same location as the slide? An easy way to determine the viewpoint url params would be to add the share widget to a 3D Viewer instant app along with the slides/bookmarks widget. You can use the bookmarks to navigate to the proper location then open the share tool and copy the link and it will have the proper viewpoint params appended. Here's an example app showing how this works: https://jsapi.maps.arcgis.com/apps/instant/3dviewer/index.html?appid=cd02e0f4351843f98c2d385d08ed0d3b

I spent a little bit of time looking at it and I can get it close - its not perfect but I hope it'll work for you as a placeholder until the next release. You should also be able to make tweaks to the positioning of the title, links etc if you need to move them a bit. @emoreno technically it would be possible but it would involve quite a bit of css and it would be very brittle and hard to maintain. However we are working on a full map layout option for Zone Lookup for situations just like yours so keep an eye out for it in a future release.

Do you have an example of how you want your custom header to look? If so can you share it with me and we'll see what we can do with the existing capabilities. For the next release I've added logic to ensure the custom css is scoped properly if a custom. header is defined so it will be easier to style a custom header then.
