Instant App Basic - Share link not zooming in to feature

On my InstaApp Basic map, I am using the Share Panel and I noticed that when I copy and paste the link into another browser, everything is preserved (popups, current map view) with the exception of the zoom level and visible points layer that I was on.

but after clicking on the link: https://arcg.is/0b8Cye it leads to this:

when I zoom in, the layer that contains the point that I linked on has disappeared as well.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like this is happening due to the Map Area configuration being enabled. I have an update for this that we'll work on getting out for the next release.
