Unfortunately there isn't an approach right now that lets you remove the find= portion of the value on the instant app side. Not sure about the Survey 123 side. In the next release of ArcGIS Online due out later this year you can use findParam instead of find in your url link and it will insert just the value not the find= portion . ... View more

It looks like its working to me? The sidepanel in your screen capture is showing the search result popup which contains the address and zoom to button.  Are you trying to show search results for the layer instead? In that case you can configure the Sidebar app to add a Layer search source. Then if users use the search box and search that layer. you'll see the search results for the layer appear.    Alternatively look into the Lookup instant app. In that app the search address is used to select specified features found at that location. You should be able to use either the default or accordion option and have search results show up in the popup side panel. In the test app you sent it does look like its working. In the old one I wonder if something was cached- you can try testing it in a browser using private or incognito mode. You can also check out your search settings to see if there is something different between the two apps. ... View more

  If you haven't already done so can you disable the header in the nearby app to get more space since you already have a header in Experience Builder? You can provide more space to the map via CSS but it will be quite involved to get it working as expected. We are working on an option to collapse the results in a future release but its not possible to add that via custom CSS.    ... View more
