We have been adding custom elevation layers to our scenes and then sharing them via Experience Builder. We have created a series of bookmarks to turn on or layer various ground layers to represent various project locations and phases. However the only way to turn off the custom elevation layers is to use another bookmark that does not have them turned on or reload the experience.

Either through a ground elevation toggle is described in the Javascript SDK or by either by displaying these layers in the basemap or layer widgets.

@cdevault_pickett I am very pleased to support this idea. for the non experience users or clients bookmarks can be a nice option but when you have several scenarios it is unnecessary time consuming to create all these slides/bookmarks.

I already have notified esri about this 2 years ago because they were not aware about it. 3D Viewer: Ground elevation layers not visible in ... - Esri Community

@KellyHutchins

We need this, elevation layers should be available in the layer widget!

Agree!! We work with both topo and bathymetry with our scene layers, and we need to be able to have unique ground levels for each surface / mesh. It should also be available in ExB and widgets!

Agree! We use (sometimes many) ground layers in our scenes, and we need to be able to have unique ground levels for each feature. It should also be available in ExB and widgets!
