We are definitely aiming to provide better user experiences, but in the scenarios mentioned above, the cases are a bit different. For example, providing options for each group individually - this option is designed to fulfill cases where many users want to quickly check or uncheck all the layers once, instead of checking them one by one. If they have ~100 layers, options for each group do not introduce the desired better UX; yet, they are the same - users would need to click ~100 times to enable each group. Checking only the first level is not a supported behavior across Esri products, which means this is a tailored new UX that could disrupt other users' regular workflow. I understand that it could be a bit frustrating that we could not provide this feature any time soon, but we need to make sure any options we add to the OOTB widget do not break other users' cases. It would be possible if you try the developer edition, which could give more opportunities to customize the behavior of the widget.  I am not sure why tables are forced to be separate? @DougBrowning The main reason is, in the API, the table and layer are classified in different arrays. This is not something we can control on the application's side, unfortunately. Hi @MelissaSullivan, thanks for pointing that out. Yes, these are two different issues. The original one is a bug, causing the image attachment not to show as expected. Regarding the one you mentioned, it is the current behavior indeed, and we are also aware of it. They will probably not be resolved in the same release since the latter is trickier. @AndreaRoskelley @MelissaSullivan  This is basically because, when you change the record, the text reflects the update immediately since it shows the record info itself, but the attachment needs extra requests to display the updated image. You can add a data cell for the empty selection, say ID=N, then upload the desired image as its attachment. In this settings, try filter using ID=N, then you will see the attached default image displayed with no selection made. ... View more
