Add to Icons library available for use in May Layers widget

There should be a public safety set of icons available for the map layer widget. Current icon sets are too application focused.

Sure, these are the icon sets available when changing a widget icon. All have a general software application theme.

I'd like some icon themes more specific to applications likely to be built in Experience Builder such as Public Safety. For example  Public Safety ArcGIS Pro Style 3.x - Overview and Government ArcGIS Pro Style 3.x - Overview
