Hi Josh\Doug, Thanks for your answers. We need the lat\lon as separate fields in the database because we need it for another system when we export the data as csv. Regarding the addition of the fields, Survey123 is offering to add the additional fields to the feature service during the re-publishing (see the publishing dialog image). Our concern is that we have added new fields in the past and never received the warning "The existing feature service is not compatible with the survey". Our understanding is that this warning means that if we re-publish the survey with the changes then a new feature service will be created and the old data will be lost.

Hi, Version: Survey123 Connect 3.12.232 We are trying to extract the latitude and longitude from a geopoint question of published survey. We followed the recommendations of this blog, from 2016: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/pulling-data-from-geopoint-questions/ba-p/896838. We tried using the hidden question type with pulldata to extract the x\y, and using decimal question type, pulldata and hidden appearance; in both cases we are getting the message that "The existing feature service is not compatible with the survey". The survey was created in 2020, and the blog is from 2016. Why the addition of these questions is raising this warning? That we understand means that if we publish the survey a new service will be create and the old data will be lost.

Hi Manish, Thank for your reply. Since Web Designer it's not on par with Connector, do you know if this workflow will work without breaking the Web Designer form or losing data? 1- Create the survey using Web Designer, 2- Use the feature service created in (1) to create another survey with Connector, 3- Add new fields and the functionally in Connector that Web Designer lacks.

Hi, I have a survey created with Connect that the users complete with their mobile device when they are in the field, but we want to be able to complete the same survey in the office using Survey123 in a web browser. I know that Web Designer is the application that I need to use to create a survey that works on a web browser, but I don't know if I can use the same feature layer of the original survey created by Connect.

Hi, I'm using Field Maps version 20.2.0 on Android version 11. I published an Electric Utility Network model webmap using Arcgis Pro 2.7 (Enterprise 10.8.1) . Some of the features have the labels turned on and the lables are visible in Pro, as you can see below, but not in Field Maps. Should Field Maps honor the all the label configuration created in Pro? Also, I'm interested in understanding how the changes made in Pro to the underlying data are updated in Field Maps. I don't see any refresh button in Field Maps, so what triggers the refresh of the data in Field Maps after an edit is save to the same data in Pro? Pro Map Labels Field Maps (Same area)

Hi Keiren, I don't remember the exact workflow. I could identified the source of the problem. There was a pole feature that in DEFAULT had a field value the was in conflict with the domain of the same field value in the version. I think that ESRI could improve the error description giving more details about the exact feature and the field that is causing this conflict.

Hi Keiren, The subtnetworks were not created at the point. I was able to eliminate the errors by recreating all the associations, but I couldn't determine the reason why this happened. Thanks for the reply.

This functionally is badly need. Operational Dashboard covers some of the functionality that PowerBI offers but not all of them. For example accessing Arcgis Online/Enterprise layer's data when creating a PowerBI paginated report will be great feature for people that already use these reports.

Hi, I need to make some changes to my survey that could cause a service republishing, like increasing the length of a text question and change the data type of some questions (from string to integer). I'm looking for a solution to be able to create a new survey with the changes mentioned above, and then append the old data to the new survey. The data in field that needs to be change from string to integer are numbers stored as text.

It's strange that this is not implemented. While you are in the survey taking the pics for the first time you can review the pictures taken and delete them if you need to. It's the same feature, but in the inbox, and the pictures are stored in the device, so no need to get them from the server. Thanks.

Hi, Is it possible to view the pictures taken with submitted surveys when checking the surveys in the inbox of the mobile app? Right now when I check a submitted survey in the inbox the image question only shows the label but not pictures. Regards.

Hi, You can get all the patches available to ArcGis Server going to the machine running it, click the windows icon and go to the ArcGis folder. There you will find an application (Check for ArcGis Enterprise Updates) that lists all the patches available for your version of ArcGis Server/Enterprise. On 12/29/2020, Esri released a second patch for ArcGis Server 10.8.1 Utility Network. Check the pictures below.

Hi, This is the system that we have: ArcGIS Pro 2.7 ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 Electric Utility Network (version 4) SQL Server 2018 We are creating an Electric Utility Network model from paper maps, no data migration, and we are using the Electric Network Editor map solution. As this point in the project we have added all the overhead primary lines, poles, most of the switching devices, the substations, the subnetwork controllers. The subnetworks have been created and updated. Now we need to start sharing this content with others in the organization so they can review the accuracy of the data and the features location, while we continue to work on the model adding the rest of the devices and data. What we need is a guide, recommendation or post about how to best share this content with non-Pro users that will need to take the content to the field (not for editing) using field maps or explorer, or in the office using the desktop computers. These are some of the specific questions/needs: Do we need to create another service, separate from the one used to complete the model? Can the non-Pro users run traces in the mobile apps and/or web apps? What is the best low/no code options to share this content (Configurable Apps, Web AppBuilder, Experience Builder, or ArcGIS AppStudio) Using the Electric Network Editor map, what do we share? All the layers, including the UN layer? Do we share a Web Map or Web Layers? What configuration settings are important when sharing the Web Map or Web Layers? When we share the Web Map or Web Layer do we do it from a version or default? If we want to allow the people in the field to highlight problem areas and add notes using field maps or explorer, do they need to create a version for them or those highlights are kept in a separate layer? Where is the best location to share this Arcgis Enterprise or Arcgis Online, since some mobile apps are better integrated with Arcgis Online? Thanks.
