Brandon, when you create a locator it takes a snapshot of your data and embeds it in the locator. That is why you would need to rebuild a locator if the data changes or gets updated. You do not have to share the reference data then, just the locator. Can you share the rest endpoint for your locator? William, This sounds like it could be a deployment issue. Are you making your application available outside your organization network? Maybe your services are not available outside your network. If it works on wifi then I assume your wifi is on the same network as your desktop. If it is supposed to be available to the public can you share a link to your site or map services? -Stan ... Maybe it is because I type slow and it has mercy on me haha. I created my locators in ArcGIS Pro and also made a composite. I had an issue creating a map service with my composite locator. This post really helped me out Composite Address Locator GeoService​I then just added it as one of my AGOL locators in my organization. The locator shows up in the widget and I can remove any others that are there. Then in the application I get a suggestion as i type. I do find that it tends to be kinda picky. For example I have one of my locators in the composite to search on owner name. If the name in the data is "Smith, John" then I need to start typing as it is in the data even adding the comma. Mark, 1. What version of WAB are you using AGOL, Dev or Portal? 2. Are you seeing a pattern for your layers like all feature services show up but no Dynamic layers? 3. You mentioned that layers that have query ability show up but non others. Can you just turn on the query option then?
