Thao, You could change the line like Robert said: Find the file here "themes\FoldableTheme\widgets\HeaderController\Widget.js" and then find the _createDynamicLinks function there @ line 376 you will find the target hard coded to '_blank' but change it to target: link.target, Then go into your config at the root of your application and add the comma and a target option. Matt, If you look at Geocoder Widget  for example and you click in the geocoder box and start typing using the 10 key then move your mouse over the map but not over the widget then it pans the map and does not input numbers into the geocoder. The geocoder widget is the one that is available in the Web appbuilder by default. The current default settings for that widget require it to have at least one locator in the drop down and no way to combine them all into a single search option. Rebecca, I agree it does not matter with functionality but It would seem like all they would need to do is bump the Dev version up to match the rest. That would be the easiest fix.
