@J_Immetsberger - I'm sorry your students are running into an issue collaborating on their StoryMap. Just to clarify, the documentation indicates that multiple people should not work on the same ArcGIS StoryMaps item at the same time. From your message it sounds like perhaps your understanding is that they shouldn't work on the same element within a story at the same time? However, the story elements will not simply disappear when multiple people work on a story at the same time. Each author will see a warning if someone else is working on the same item. @SteveCole - OK great, I'm glad that works for now. I will leave this idea open since I understand that you are asking for a more integrated way to do this in the tour builder. Regarding the different basemap versions...it sounds like your organization may have set its own group of basemaps for the map viewer that does not include the standard vector tile ones. If an organization uses the Esri Default basemap group, those basemaps will be the same vector tile basemaps included in the map tour basemap picker. @OliviaWang - The Skip to content button jumps over the header elements and focuses on the cover content. Since there are no interactive elements on the cover, there will be no visible focus ring unless the reader is using a screen reader. However, if a screen reader is active you will see the screen reader focus ring on the cover and hear it announce the cover text. If you continue to press TAB (even without a screen reader active) you will see that keyboard focus ring goes to the first interactive element in the body of the StoryMap. We believe this is the expected behavior of this type of button -- to skip over text and elements in the header and place focus on the first content of the page, which is the cover.  Could you please share your expectation of how this button should work differently from what I've described and reference any specific standards that it does not follow so we can understand your perspective? ... @SteveCole - You can do this today by 1) creating a web map that has scale dependent basemap layers and then 2) configuring that web map as the map tour basemap (using the "Browse more maps" button, see screenshot below). For the web map: Select the basemap you want to appear at small scales from the basemap picker (topo, for example) Manually add the layer(s) for the basemap you want to use at large scales (imagery, for example) Set the visible range on the basemap layers as needed to show them at whichever large scales you want You could even get tricky and configure multiple basemap layers with different visible ranges and combine that with different custom extents for individual places if you had more than one additional basemap you wanted to use. @LoreyStinton -- Thanks for sharing this feedback. I understand how this is a challenge for educational institutions. The capability to directly transfer StoryMaps and other ArcGIS items between accounts in different organizations (or from an org account to a public account) would need to be provided by ArcGIS Online, and it would most likely be an administrative privilege. I would recommend registering your support for this idea on the ArcGIS Online ideas board: Provide a way to transfer items between ArcGIS Onl... - Esri Community From a security perspective, it is good practice to handle content migrations before an individual has departed from an organization. While this won't resolve the issue for people who have already left, perhaps a process could be put into place that notifies/encourages graduating students and departing faculty to transfer content while they still have access to their university accounts? If the university is willing to transfer content to individuals who are no longer associated with their organization, there might be a way to enable this. An admin could create a temporary account with limited permissions in the university organization. The account would be in a role that doesn't have permissions to see or do anything in the org. They would only have the privilege to create, update, and delete their own content items (and they may not even need that). The admin could then transfer the content the user is looking to get to that account and provide the credentials to the person requesting the transfer. As the owner of the content items, they should be able to use ArcGIS Assistant to transfer the content to another account they have access to. @TrebinMT - Yes, the script will work after the apps are retired on Feb 25. The classic items (which is where your content lives) will remain. It is only the app code (which lets you view/edit the content) that is being retired from ArcGIS Online. ... View more

@SJ_COV - Oh, I believe you'll need to use the full embed code for web videos from sites like YouTube, Vimeo, etc. This is because of a difference in how embedded content is handled on Enterprise vs. Online.
