Would it be possible to add a word count feature to story maps?

We use story maps in teaching and it would be great to have this feature as students have to hand in a report within the story maps within a certain word count.

The word count and other summary information about a story is available in the Story insights panel. To show this panel, click Insights in the story builder header.
