Hi, We made a decision a while back to ensure that pages always appear in search results as a way to improve discoverability. This was before there was direct linking to pages from the nav bar. Currently there isn't a way to disable this but I'll add it to our backlog since we've heard this request before. A potential work around is to include category and gallery cards on your site and configure them so that you can pre-configure search queries. For example, you could add all your non-page content to another group, share that group to your site via the group manager, and then configure the category card to query just content from that group. Are you just looking to remove pages from search? Are there other content types that you need to hide or highlight? We're planning on how to make collections configurable. I am curious if you have organizational needs that Hub does not currently support (such as organizing and searching for content on a specific topic).

Hi, We're currently working on updating the fallback pattern for images displayed on sharing links. Currently, the pattern for all content is to use the item.thumbnail property, which can be set on ArcGIS Online (and within Hub's metadata editor for individual content items). If there isn't a thumbnail set, then the Hub site's header logo and then the org's logo will be used. I suggest that you check Hub's changelog because this update should be out in a few weeks. If you're sill seeing issues then please feel free to reach out. We don't have immediate plans to customize the logo, but this is a good idea and I'll discuss it with the team.

I'm sorry to hear this. What you experienced is certainly unexpected behavior. We will investigate the cause of the issue shortly. The "Check for Content Updates" tool is intended to check for updates your content and reindex public content that hasn't yet been updated automatically. The process kicks off a job that possibly put too much stress on your server. Would you mind emailing me at thervey@esri.com and send a link to a few of the 19 items that were updated?

Hi, Can you please try unsharing the content from the group and change its visibility to just the owner wait a bit and then reshare it. The link provided is for a private site so I cannot see the item. If this does not work please reach out to me at thervey@esri.com

WFS items are categorized as a Map and can be found under the Apps&Maps collection. I would check under this collection or the 'All' collection. You can also manually specify a filter like content type by adding on a query parameter to the URL. So try adding navigating to ```<your site URL>/search?type=wfs```. If the results still aren't found, I suggest removing the WFS from the Content Library (what you described as "admin"), republish the WFS, and then try re-adding them to your site.

Hi Nathan, This is not possible but it is on our backlog. We plan on building a richer analytics experience including adding metrics on download counts and file formats. This work will likely start in early 2021 at the earliest. Also, if you're a site manager you can also add a Google Analytics tracking ID to see how users are interacting with your site and content. You can track downloads by setting up a goal for observing events with the category "Download". Each download event is a different route so you can look at them like page views and count the number of events.

Sorry to hear that this file's downloads aren't working. Looks like there is a server error from an invalid uri. I would suggest unpublishing and then republishing this item. Please let me know if that doesn't resolve your issue.

The 404 on license endpoints has not yet been corrected. I apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We currently do not generate licenses to populate this endpoint, but we're looking forward to work within the next few months to build a license picker, allowing users to set reuse licenses on content. This 404 issue will be corrected then. For additional context, Hub is also looking to expand and support other catalogs like DCAT-AP. The initial work for during expansion involves a critical look at Hub's DCAT template and will attempt to resolve any other outstanding issues.

Thanks for the example and feedback. We also plan to include better parsing of temporal and spatial dimensions from text queries as well as add temporal and spatial filters. But exact phrase search is a relatively easy change. I recommend keeping an eye on the Hub changelog for weekly changes.

Unfortunately the custom TOU pop-up only displays plain text. We're about to start feature work for enabling content managers to edit and select suggested and custom TOU from within Hub so I will add this as an enhancement request to our backlog. Thanks

Hi, Hub does not currently support exact phrase matching in search. This is a requested enhancement that we have in our backlog. For now I suggest that you still include all of the words that you are looking for because Hub partially ranks based on the number of keywords that match. Sorry for the inconvenience. We're working on making text parsing improvements. Do you have an example query and search result that you expect to find at the top of the results list?

Thanks Bill, I opening those items in ArcGIS Online's Map Viewer also didn't seem to render quickly, so I imagine the number of records and complexity of the building footprint geometry would reasonably lead to a longer time for creating download files. Feel free to open a support ticket for the items not downloading in Hub and we can see if the issue is because of the size or something else.

Hi Bill, In the spring we upgraded our download system to handle larger and more complex datasets. File creation time can take up to several hours when there are millions of records or very complex geometry. The new UI we are about to release will give users the option to download a previous version or create a new one, which will take some time. But there may a problem creating the dataset you're mentioning due to other circumstances or the file type. Can you provide a link to large dataset that you've had issues with?
