Hi Brittaney, If you haven't done so already try setting these values in the application.json: { appid: <insert app id here>, // This can be an empty string if there is no app id i.e. "" portalUrl: <insert portal url where your content is hosted>, oauthappid: "" } Then, in the applicationBase.json, try setting isEsri to false. This should get rid of the error in the console and load the app. Please let use know if you run into any more issues. Thanks, Ryan

Hi Gabrielle, We're glad to hear that you are using the Attachment Viewer! Unfortunately, if the feature contains PDF attachments, the map focused layout will only display the gallery items with the icon as it shows in your screenshot. However, displaying thumbnails of the first page of the PDF attachments is something that we can consider as an enhancement for the app. We appreciate the feedback. Thanks, Ryan

Hi Alyssia, Glad to see that you're using the Attachment Viewer! One approach to go about removing the attachment scroll is by using the Custom CSS configuration setting in the Attachment Viewer's configuration panel. Within the configuration panel's full setup, navigate to Theme & Layout > Custom CSS. Within the Custom CSS input, enter: .esri-photo-centric__image-viewer--desktop .esri-photo-centric__photo-viewer-container .esri-photo-centric__attachment-number { display: none; } This will remove the attachment scroll from the attachment preview container. If you are removing the attachment scroll AND are using the image pan/zoom feature, you can nicely reposition the image pan/zoom tool by including this CSS rule as well: .esri-photo-centric__image-viewer--desktop .esri-photo-centric__photo-viewer-container .esri-photo-centric__image-zoom-slider { bottom: 1%; } You can enter these 2 rules in the same input. Also, thank you for your feedback in regards to using the mousewheel scroll on the image pan/zoom feature. We will take this into consideration. Please let use know if you further questions. Thanks, Ryan

Hi Krishna, By configuring the thumbnails, do you mean the ability to configure the styling of the gallery item thumbnails in the 'Map focused' app layout? If so, there have been new setting enhancements added to the Attachment Viewer's configuration panel which provides the option to easily style the thumbnail's format and height, labelled as 'Thumbnail format' and 'Thumbnail height', respectively. These settings can be found in the 'Theme & Layout' section. The thumbnail items can also be re-styled using the 'Custom CSS' option. Please let me know if you have any additional questions! Thanks, Ryan

Hi Kristin, The search configuration widget within the Nearby app's configuration panel only supports feature layers. One approach is to take your .csv file and publish the data as a hosted feature layer. From there, you can add your hosted feature layer to the map and configure the feature layer search source within the search configuration. Here's a great blog article on how to publish your data as a hosted feature layer: Turn Raw Data into a Feature Layer I hope this helps! Thanks, Ryan

Hello Alyssa, It looks like there's an issue with configured search source's ID. Do you think you can try going into the app's configuration panel and remove/re-add the search source? Steps: 1. Navigate to Interactivity > Search >Search Configuration 2. Click 'Add' 3. Select 'Layer' tab 4. Opt into 'Map' option below tabs 5. Select 'Huntinghton Orchids' option 6. Click 'OK' 7. Configure the search source. Important: You must add at least one search field to the layer source. 8. Click 'Done' If you run a test search, a selected result from the search widget should populate the content in the feature content panel. As for setting a title in the feature pop up label - this can be set by configuring the 'Pop-up title' through the 'Configure pop-up` option in the Map Viewer . You can set a field attribute such as the name of the feature i.e. `{Name}`. I've created sample app with your data and got everything working. Please let me know if you would like me to share it. Thanks, Ryan

If you enable the sharing option in the Attachment Viewer config, you'll have the ability to auto generate a share link that will open the app at a specified feature. Steps: 1. In the configuration panel, enable Social sharing. 2. Publish your app. 3. Launch the app. 4. Navigate to a feature that you would like your app to open at. 5. Click on the link icon in the header. 6. Click on the copy button. 7. Paste to share the link.

Do you happen to know if those images are also rotated incorrectly within the popup in Map Viewer beta?

Also, if you are still having issues with unwanted photo rotation, would it be possible to post a link to a sample app? The issue should already be addressed with the recent ArcGIS Online 8.2 release on June 30th. Ryan

Hi Monique, Thank you for using the Attachment Viewer configurable app template! A temporary solution is to overwrite the gallery item using the custom CSS setting. This setting can be found within the configuration experience's full setup: 'Theme & Layout' > 'Custom CSS'. Entering this line in the ‘Custom CSS’ input will modify the height of the gallery thumbnail image so the height of the image is not restricted to the thumbnail gallery item: .esri-map-centric .esri-map-centric__image-thumbnail { height: auto; } This should fit the image in the gallery item, but as you mentioned there may be bars that surround the image. This may also cause some images to be larger than the height of the gallery item (200px), which may cause the gallery thumbnail to be cut off. Adjusting the height of the gallery grid item should resolve the issue. For example: .esri-map-centric .esri-map-centric__gallery-grid-item { height: 300px; } An issue has been logged to address this issue as we will be looking into adding a configuration setting to easily modify the styles of the gallery items. We appreciate your feedback and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help. Thanks, Ryan

Hi Cattyann, In the link that you have posted, there was a recent update to the item page, where the 'Create a Web App` button was added if you are signed into an account. By clicking on that button, you will be directed to the Zone Lookup app's configuration experience where you will be able to configure and publish a Zone Lookup app. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks, Ryan

Hi Brian, I've created a sample app with the provided webmap and it looks like I was able to get this sample app working: Attachment Viewer I've checked the developer console in the app you have provided and it looks like the layers are failing to load. The configurable apps team has looked into this further and it looks like the potential cause of the issue may be related to 'authorizedCrossOriginDomains'. You may want to consider a tech support request with Esri Technical Support to see if the issues lies within the template app itself or the servers configured within your org. Thanks, Ryan
