Hello @Ed_ , It appears that the link you shared is the default version of the Portfolio app: https://bcgis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/instant/portfolio/index.html There doesn't appear to be an associated appid with the link you shared. You can get your app link by using the 'Copy link' button from the share experience within the Instant Apps configuration page; or, launch the published app from the configuration page and copy the URL from there. Thanks, Ryan

Hi @Anonymous User, I took a look at the sample app that you have provided and I was able to pinpoint the issue. It looks like the app is running into a stop caused by the 'Only display features with attachments' setting being enabled in the attachment focused layout. In the meantime, here are a couple workarounds: - Disabling the 'Only display features with attachments' setting in the app's configuration experience which can be found in Attachments > Only display features with attachments. - Selecting the 'Map focused' layout option which can be found in Attachments > App layout. See screenshot below: Hopefully, either of these workarounds work for you. But thanks for reporting this! We'll work on getting this issue addressed and fixed for the next ArcGIS Online update. Please let me know if you have additional questions. Best regards, Ryan

Hi @Anonymous User, Based on the 'Data requirements' section in Attachment Viewer's item details page here: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=65dd2fa3369649529b2c5939333977a1. This web app includes the capability to view attachments of a hosted feature service or an ArcGIS Server feature service (10.8 or greater). Currently the attachment viewer will display jpeg, jpg, png, gif, mp4, mov, quicktime, pdf in the viewer window. All other attachment types are displayed as a link. This means that you need to have 'Enable Attachments' checked; and, have your attachments on either a hosted feature service or an ArcGIS Server feature service of version 10.8 or greater. If both of these conditions are true on your side, would you happen to have a sample link that you'd be able to share to further troubleshoot the issue? Thank you, Ryan Libed

Hi Sara, Just a quick follow up. A fix has been implemented and logos should appear in the header now. Within Chart Viewer's app configuration, you'll need to enable the 'Shared theme' setting. If express setup is on, the setting will be in Theme & Layout. If express setup is off, the setting will be in Theme & Layout > Theme. Finally, you'll need to upload a logo within your organization's settings. Sample app: https://webapps.maps.arcgis.com/apps/instant/charts/index.html?appid=349bb4e15d5c4159bf66c5f6a7bc8941 Please let us know if you have further questions. Thanks, Ryan

Hi @wayfaringrob, I'm glad to hear that you were able to load up the Instant Apps configuration panel at the very least. The Instant Apps configuration panel has a 'Web Analytics' option to configure web analytics into an Instant App; and, I have noticed that some content-filtering browser extensions prevent pages from loading if analytics is mentioned anywhere on the page by default. We'll take a deeper look into the issue and see if we can implement a proper solution to resolve this issue in the future. Thanks for reporting this! Best regards, Ryan Libed

Hi @wayfaringrob, If you right-click the page and select the 'Inspect' option, do you see any errors in the developer tools within the 'Console' tab? If so, what are they? Also, I'd be curious to see if temporarily disabling the adblocker in Firefox helps with anything. Just ran a quick test in Firefox and the Instant Apps configuration panel is loading successfully on my end. My version of Firefox is at 95.0 (64-bit) on a Mac machine. Thanks, Ryan

Also, would you happen to have a content filtering browser extension enabled by any chance?

Hello, Do you know what version of Firefox you are working with? Also, does this happen with all Instant Apps, or a particular one? Thanks, Ryan

Ok, do you think you can open up a support case through Esri Support to get a reproducible case created? I think it'll be much easier to troubleshoot if we have sample that demonstrates the issue. Thanks, Ryan

The Attachment Viewer app queries for the attachments and can succesfully retrieve and display them if the feature service that has the attachments is either public, or if the account that is logged in has the proper permissions to get and display the attachments when viewing the app. I believe that the Attachment Viewer app is failing to load the attachments in this case because it sounds like the account that is logged in does not have the proper permissions to request and view the attachments. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to bypass the request to get and view attachments if an account doesn't have the permissions to do so. Basically, the accounts that are logged in need to have the proper permissions to get and view the attachments, or the service that has the attachments needs to be public.
