You need to add the basemap to the basemap group within the organization. Log in as your admin. Create a new map. Add a layer from the web and make sure the Use as basemap is checked. Save the map and share in the Basemap group. Then it should show up in the basemap group. From there it should be in the basemap gallery. Lindsay, This works mostly for me. I just have one or two other issues. I have a raster. A. It does not show up. Is it possible to get the widget to work with rasters? B. My taxlot might be bigger then a location I select.      Ex: this taxlot can is half in half out of a polygon. The detailed review zone (2nd image) does not show up as being in the area. I am not sure my customers would know to select in an area and not another. ... View more

I created a new app. The splash did display in builder but not launched app. I then downloaded it and it worked when deployed. I re-downloaded the app in question and the splash screen worked when deployed. But not when launched. Maybe there is a bug not letting it be displayed. I am not sure if deleting the mobileLayout was the solution but it works now after it was downloaded. Thanks for you help. ... View more
