I did not realize that all the sheds grouped together. I assumed they would be separate. I do not know of a way to have a polygon to follow ground contours.

You can import an existing app: Create or import an app—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS for Developers Another option is to copy in your \server\apps folder from 2.3 to the 2.4 This will work for small version changed such as 2.3-2.4 but I do not think i will work in larger changes such as 1.x-2.0

This started for me today. It was just a chrome thing yesterday but now it has moved to firefox. Did you ever resolve this? UPDATE: I did what you said in your post and I was able to clear and get the https to go away. Thank you!

If you look at the service you are referencing it has 3 options. Default Value: 5 10 15 CreateDriveTimePolygons (Network/ESRI_DriveTime_US) You would need to publish your own drive time service.
