Hi Gwen Brown, My name is Joe and I work in Esri Support Services. I did some searching internally and was able to access your trial subscription information. Based on the information provided, it looks like you have licenses for ArcGIS Pro. In any of the emails that were provided, did you see a link or a download for the ArcGIS Pro software? In order to assign yourself an ArcGIS Pro license, you'll have to sign into your ArcGIS Online Organization. Select the Organization tab > Licenses > Within the ArcGIS Pro section, select Assign > select Assign next to your Username. If you're not an Admin in your ArcGIS Online Organization, you'll need an Admin to do this for you. Once that license is assigned, you can launch ArcGIS Pro and login with your ArcGIS Online credentials. This will allow you to access the software for the trial period. Please let me know if there are any questions regarding accessing the ArcGIS Pro download! Cheers, Joe

Hi maryse trudeau, We have an enhancement logged internally (marked as In Product Plan), which is titled: "Allow users the option to overwrite Analysis outputs using the same name of an already existing layer if they are owned by the same user". Currently, you will be prompted with this error message when trying to create a layer with the same name as an already existing layer. I understand that you'd like to replace the existing layer with the new analysis layer, but currently you're unable to overwrite that already existing layer. Should you wish to keep the same name, I would recommend deleting the already existing analysis layer and then rerun the analysis and give it the same name. This should allow you to create the new analysis layer without having to give it an alternate name! Please reach out if you have any additional questions! Joe

Glenn, Thank you for reaching out! Here is some information I have on our Basemaps: You can log an issue in our Basemap and Geocoding Feedback page. Here (https://www.arcgis.com/home/group.html?id=e796c4f5b27b431a804184fc51d10b40#overview) are the details of how to do so. The Topographic Basemap is located at the bottom right, proceed with clicking on that item and then follow the instructions in the item description to submit feedback through the Map Viewer! Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns! Joe

David, Thank you for the response! I just loaded up Microsoft Edge (build 41.16299.1004.0) and did not have any issues accessing the themes of a new Web AppBuilder in ArcGIS Online. Since you only have access to one browser, something I'd recommend would be to login to ArcGIS Online at home or on a different wifi to see if you notice any difference in functionality. Is there any way you'd be able to get access to Chrome or Firefox in your work environment? Cheers, Joe

David, Thank you for reaching out! Below are some questions I have for you: Are you using Web AppBuilder in ArcGIS Online or Portal? Or are you using Web AppBuilder Developer Edition? If you clear your browser cache and create a new Web AppBuilder application, do the themes appear? Have you tried using different browsers? If so, does this issue occur in more than one browser? I look forward to your response! Joe

Ronald Vanderpool, Hello and good afternoon! After some digging, I came across this blog: Understanding Survey123's custom URL Scheme. I saw this blog posted in this GeoNet question: Open Survey123 from Collector. Now both of these posts are a few years old, so there might be a different way to incorporate a Survey into Collector, but the Understanding Survey123's custom URL Scheme blog should be a good start for you. Feel free to write back with any additional questions! Cheers, Joe

Alan Wheeler, Thank you for the update! Perhaps there was some kind of network issue occurring, which prevented you from accessing ArcGIS Online from ArcMap. In the future, if this ever happens again, you could always try switching Networks (if that's possible). Assuming this issue happened on your work environment, you could always try your Network at home or in a public location i.e. Starbucks. Best of luck! Joe

Alan Wheeler, Hello and good afternoon! My initial question for you is, can you verify whether or not you have the necessary TLS 1.2 Desktop Patch (https://support.esri.com/en/download/7666) installed on your machine? While I'm not sure if an absence of this patch would explain why you were able to connect yesterday and aren't able to connect today, it's still necessary to have if you plan on pulling basemaps, services, etc. from ArcGIS Online. Additional Questions: What version of ArcMap are you using? Where is this error message "The underlying connection was closed. An unexpected error occurred on a send" occurring, in ArcGIS Administrator or ArcMap? Can you verify you're connected to the Internet and can access www.arcgis.com in a browser? Hope to hear back soon, Joe

Hello Resource Analytical, You are correct. In order to use Collector for ArcGIS, you must utilize an ArcGIS Online Organizational account or you can use ArcGIS Enterprise (if your organization has a stack set up). Unfortunately, ArcGIS Online does not support the use of Public Accounts. Does your organization have an ArcGIS Online Organization subscription? Below you'll find two links to our documentation explaining Collector requirements: Collector for ArcGIS: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/collector/faq/requirements.htm Collector Classic: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/collector-classic/overview/requirements.htm "Using maps in Collector requires an ArcGIS organizational account (ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise)." "If using ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7 or later, mobile workers must have a license for Collector for ArcGIS. This is included for Field Worker, Creator, and GIS Professional user types. It is available for Editors with an add-on license." "Collector does not support using ArcGIS Online public accounts." While I don't have any information regarding pricing, feel free to reach out and let me know if you have any additional questions regarding Collector for ArcGIS/ArcGIS Online! I hope the above information finds you well. Cheers, Joe

Adarsh, Hello and good morning! Thank you for reaching out, my name is Joe and I work in Esri Support Services. Based off of the behavior you've described, I'm immediately interested to know if you've downloaded the necessary TLS 1.2 patch? The ArcGIS Online switch to TLS 1.2 occurred recently and depending on the software installed, you need to have at least one patch downloaded on your machine. Since you say you're using ArcGIS Desktop 10.5.1, here is some information on this product: Products Affected by TLS 1.2 Implementation How To: Install the TLS 1.2 patch on ArcGIS Desktop In regards to the second link, you'll be directed here, which is the downloadable ArcGIS Desktop TLS Patch. Make sure ArcMap is closed and download the above patch, after that try to add the basemap to ArcMap again. Does the basemap successfully import or are there still errors? I look forward to your response! Cheers, Joe

Hi Abdullah Butt, Thank you for reaching out! I have a few clarifying questions for you, which might help us successfully add the content you're looking to use: What format is your data in? REST URL? You said "I understand that is has to be added from the web", which makes me think you have some kind of URL that you'd like to add to the Map. If this is the case, you can do this in the Map Viewer by selecting Add > add Layer from Web > paste URL and select "Add Layer". If you have a Shapefile, CSV or zipped Geodatabase, these can be uploaded directly to your Content and then added to a map. Please advise on your data and workflow and I'll try my best to help accordingly! Talk to you soon, Joe

SPNI Organization, Hello and good morning! Thank you for reaching out, my name is Joe and I work in Esri Support Services. I had some layers already offline and I believe I was able to figure out a way to do this. Try following the below workflow: In ArcGIS Online, select your layer and go to the Item Details. Scroll to the bottom right of the "Overview" tab and select "View" on the URL. This will take you to the services endpoint. Select "Replicas", which is listed directly above the layers included in your service. You can then select either of the listed Replica IDs and the Replica Owner will be listed within. If you have any questions regarding this workflow, don't hesitate to reach out! Although there is a way to figure out your inquiry, I think there is certainly some room for improvement when it comes to exposing who has these layers offline. I would recommend you log an idea on the ArcGIS Ideas page (https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas/content)! Perhaps there could be a section added within the layer Settings or Overview for Organization Admins to see who has certain layers offline! Talk to you soon, Joe

I went ahead and logged a bug regarding this behavior. The name of the bug is BUG-000121553: Show Selected Records (in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.x) doesn't update field entry when editing Hosted Feature Service. For anyone interested in clarification of the bug, here is a video outlining the issue. According to Melissa, this workflow was successful at version 2.2.x, however the issue seemed to be introduced as of 2.3.x. If anyone else encounters this behavior, I would strongly suggest reaching out to Esri Support to get your case attached to this defect! Cheers, Joe
