Hi Florent Bigirimana, Based off of the information you've provided above, I understand that you're not working with Hosted Feature Services, rather Feature Services that come from your enterprise geodatabase. You can enable editor tracking on a feature class level within the Catalog Pane in ArcMap. Here is a quick workflow: Launch ArcMap/ArcCatalog Expand your Catalog Pane and expand your Database Connection Find the Feature Class that your Feature Service references and right click > Manage > Enable Editor Tracking. One thing that I'm not sure of, however, is if you'll have to republish the Feature Class after you've made this change. As a test, I'd recommend enabling Editor Tracking then create a point in Portal for ArcGIS using that Feature Service. Do you notice an entry for the user that made the change? If not, I'd say you should either republish this service or overwrite your existing service after the change has been made. Cheers, Joe

Are these Servers federated with Portal for ArcGIS or are they stand alone Servers? If the former, you can utilize the ArcGIS Online Assistant (ArcGIS Online Assistant) and login with your Portal A, then attempt to copy content over to your Portal B. I also found this link here (How copy map service from one ArcGIS server to another ArcGIS server) which seems to have some varying opinions on whether or not this is possible! Cheers, Joe

Ted Edwards, Hello and good afternoon! I apologize about the lack of answers in both GeoNet and when it came to calling Esri Support Services. When you called Esri Support, do you know if a case was created for you? Does this behavior occur with all ArcMap documents or just one in specific? Based off of the information I was able to find, this seems to be an installation issue -- it could either be the machine itself or the profile being used to access the machine. I see you attempted the repair the application to no avail, did you also attempt a clean uninstall/reinstall of the software? Perhaps some files may have been corrupted during the installation process. With that being said, do you have another computer in your environment that has ArcMap installed on it? I'm wondering if this issue might stem from your user profile. If you are able to have a different user login to your computer with their credentials, do they experience the same behavior? Once I get a little more information from you, I might be able to provide a way to reset your roaming profile to see if this fixes any issues. Joe

For those that might be interested in knowing what the resolution was for this issue... The account being used in ArcGIS Pro was an ArcGIS Online Public Account, not an Organizational Account. When accessing the Geocode Table geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro, there was no option to select the ArcGIS World Geocoder due to this reason. Here is some documentation on Geocoding (Free vs. paid operations—ArcGIS REST API: World Geocoding Service | ArcGIS for Developers ). Since Geocoding deducts credits from an Organization, this is one of the reasons why you're unable to consume the ArcGIS World Geocoder with a Public Account.

marlee akerson, Hello and good morning! My name is Joe and I work in Esri Support Services. I was able to find you this piece of documentation here (Summarize Nearby—Help | ArcGIS Desktop ), I think it's pretty close to what you're looking for. When reading through, you'll note a little section that says "To use the drive-time and drive distance measurement options you must be logged in to an ArcGIS Online organizational account with Network Analysis privileges. Each time the tool runs successfully, service credits are debited from your subscription based on the service used and the results returned from the service." How you wish to move forward depends on your needs and the needs of your organization. It would appear that you're able to use Summarize Nearby with your current ArcMap license, however the use of the drive time and drive distance measurements would need some additional software. Joe

I'm interested to see whether or not you have the correct role in ArcGIS Online. Within ArcGIS Online, here's what you can do: - Sign into ArcGIS Online - Click your name in the top right > select Profile - Grab a screen shot of the entire page If you don't want to paste that screen shot here, you can either direct message me here on GeoNet or you can send me the screenshot via email jcatanzarita@esri.com. Colburn, Just to confirm, when clicking on the drop down next to the folder used for browsing, is anything listed? Regarding checking settings in ArcGIS Online, this would probably be a task that an Administrator has to do (we would need to check some settings within Organization > Settings). Are you an Administrator in your Organization? Joe

Kieran Elder, Hello and good morning! Based off of the documentation (Manage hosted feature layers—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation), it seems each file you attach to a feature can be a maximum size of 10 MB. Are you looking to restrict file sizes to be less than 10 MB? Cheers, Joe

Colburn Sanders, Hello and good morning! My name is Joe and I work in Esri Support Services. I was able to start this training and reached the step that you've described. For me, when I click on the Input Locator, the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service is readily available for me. Some questions I have for you: For you, what options appear within "Input Locator"? Are you using ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS as your licensing Portal? Are you signed into your Organization in the top right of ArcGIS Pro? If you're working with Enterprise (Portal for ArcGIS), is this machine able to talk to the Internet? Are you able to confirm Locator settings on the ArcGIS Online/Portal side? Looking forward to your response. Joe

Sean, As Kory already indicated, this error message means that the ArcGIS for Desktop software is set to utilize Concurrent licensing instead of Single Use licensing. I would first confirm via licenses listed at MyEsri whether you want to utilize Concurrent Use or Single Use for your licensing method. Once that is confirmed, through the ArcGIS Administrator, you can set the radio button (the six options are shown in the image above) to the corresponding licensing method and level. If it is determined that you are to use Concurrent Use for licensing and you're not familiar with the name of the License Manager, I would reach out to your IT personnel or GIS Admin to figure out the name as this parameter is currently set to "Not_Set". The name of the License Manager can be entered within the circled box in the screen shot above. Please reach out if you have additional questions or concerns. Joe

Pamela Landy, Hello and good morning! My name is Joe and I work in Esri Support Services. Until you're able to get a fourth machine for Data Store, I would recommend installing Data Store on the ArcGIS Server machine. The reason for the suggestion is that I assume you're going to specify this ArcGIS Server as the Hosting Server. If this is correct, it would make sense to me for Data Store and ArcGIS Server to share a machine to complete the "Hosting Server" package, which includes both Data Store and ArcGIS Server. With that being said, I would ensure that this machine is able to support both Data Store and ArcGIS Server. The minimum RAM requirement for ArcGIS Server is 8 GB (ArcGIS Server 10.7.x system requirements—ArcGIS Enterprise system requirements | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise) and the minimum RAM requirement for Data Store is 9 GB (ArcGIS Data Store 10.7.x system requirements—ArcGIS Enterprise system requirements | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterpri…). Based off of the requirements, it seems that this machine wouldn't meet the requirement for the time being. If this is a VM, I would recommend that you increase the RAM on the Server/Data Store machine until you're able to get the fourth machine for Data Store. It's also important to take into account disc space on the Server/Data Store machine as well. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out. Joe

Hello Mike, My name is Joe and I work in Esri Tech Support. This behavior sounds like a bug that we have logged for version 10.7.1, which is marked as fixed in version 10.8. The defining factor for determining whether or not you're encountering this bug, or if it's something different, depends on your Portal for ArcGIS authentication. Do you utilize IWA for authentication? The bug name is BUG-000125033: Users signed in through Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) cannot search for layers under My Organization in Map Viewer. If you are encountering this bug, I would recommend contacting Esri Tech Support to be attached to this bug so you can track its status via MyEsri. The listed workarounds are as follows: Add layers to Map Viewer by clicking Add > Add Layer from Web and pasting the item's REST URL. Creating a custom role using the User role template and adding only the Collaboration check box appears to resolve the hanging issue. Uncheck the other administration privileges that are automatically populated when collaboration is selected. This minimizes any privileges needed to work around this issue. Feel free to respond with any additional questions or concerns! Joe

Adding to the comment above: Feature Service: Feature services—Documentation | ArcGIS Enterprise "Feature services allow you to serve feature data and nonspatial tables over the Internet or your intranet. This makes your data available for use in web clients, desktop apps, and field apps". "As the publisher of a feature service, you determine what functionality is available to the people who use the feature service, define the styling used when displaying the features, and define templates for editing data. When people access your feature service, they can view your data and the data associated with it through relationship classes. They can use your feature service in the maps and apps they create and, if you allow it, they can edit the data in the feature service". "Feature services run on ArcGIS GIS Server sites". Hosted Feature Layer: Hosted layers—Portal for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Enterprise In regards to an Enterprise Environment, Hosted Feature Layers are stored within the Managed Database (ArcGIS Data Store, dedicated SDE Database) that you register within your site. This is different from Feature Services, where ArcGIS Server stores and runs the service. "Hosted feature layers support vector feature querying, visualization, and editing. Hosted feature layers are most appropriate for visualizing data on top of your basemaps. In web apps, hosted feature layers are drawn by the browser and support interactive highlighting, queries, and pop-ups". Feel free to reach out if you have additional questions or concerns! Joe

Carl, Hello and good morning! My name is Joe and I work in Esri Support Services. I did a quick search online and found this previous GeoNet Post (https://community.esri.com/thread/202338-arcgis-online-sort-attachment-in-ascending-order). According to the response from Mike, there is currently no way to rearrange attachments in ArcGIS Online. I also did a quick search through our internal resources and found an already existing enhancement regarding this functionality. This enhancement is titled ENH-000119843: Provide the ability to sort or rearrange attachments shown in pop-ups in ArcGIS Online's map viewer. This enhancement was recently submitted (February 2019) and it's still marked as New. If your maintenance allows you access to Esri Support, I would recommend that you create a case with us and request to be attached to this enhancement. That way, you'll be able to track it via MyEsri and see if there are any updates on the enhancement! Feel free to reach out with any additional questions. Joe
