Thanks Doug, I will try that out. My main goal is to replicate my HFS in my local SDE. I have been tinkering with GeoEvent to pass the features over but that will not pass attachments (images) through. Do you have any suggestions in automating the process of copying HFS survey123 data into SDE on through a script. Other than the two provided with some appending. Thanks.

The issue had to do with the time.sleep module. 5 seconds was not long enough for the asynchronization. Increasing the time solved the issue.

Are you implying your Survey123 data is being published directly to your SDE? I didn't think this was possible because it required a hosted data store??

I would like to pass features and related photos through inputs and outputs from a hosted feature service to a server based feature service. Is this possible?

Ismael Chivite Another alternative I am tinkering with is the GeoEvent processor to bring my Survey123 data into my SDE. I have successfully implemented this on some test features and surveys but not to my exact needs. My issue arises with attachments (photos). The hosted data store does not provide a rest end point for the attachments table. When I make a repeat, I do get to work with an table which has a rest endpoint but not with photo attachments (which I would think is just another table). Is there anyway for the GeoEvent processor to access the attachments from the Hosted Data Store? I am thinking the answer is no. This may only work with surveys without photo attachments? Thanks.

After you add the link to the web map, save, go back to my contents, open the web map back up. Check to see if arcgis-survey123:///?itemID=14b52d0cf8034975bc193751c67df72e&field:object_id={CODE} was replaced with #?itemID=14b52d0cf8034975bc193751c67df72e&field:object_id={CODE}. Saving blows up the link. I am not sure how to fix this with ArcGIS Online but it can be done in portal. I just tested again and it does work (after you crack open the JSON and fix the link.)

It is the ItemIDs JSON in your arcgis portal contents folder.

Thanks Ismael Chivite for the document above. Here are my results: Custom url works fine when in a feature table with instructions above on iPad. Custom url does work with pop-up BUT with some good and some bad! This is all Collector environment. First the *BUG*, after you save the web map, the "arcgis-survey123://" is replaced with "#" in the config. You must manually open up the config file and replace "#" with "arcgis-survey123://" AFTER you have saved the web map. This will happen every time you save the web map and only when dealing with custom pop-ups. The good thing about adding to the pop-up is you can specify which field to pull the data from. For instance, after you add the field name in curly brackets {fieldname} to the URL, it will pull the data from that feature; field:AssetID=FF34001 would become field:AssetID={AssetID}. This seems to only work with pop-ups and not when you have the url in the feature table.

Ismael, Does this functionality work with Portal with the release of 1.6? arcgis-survey123://itemID=3303115589ec4a789ba3e75f5cf31857¢er=34.0547155,-1171961714&field:Operator=Tennis_Court I get my ItemID from the Form in portal. I am getting a "Survey Not Found" error. I have upgraded to 1.6 on Iphone and Connect 1.6 for desktop. Any suggestions on troubleshooting this?

Ismael, Thanks for getting back to me. I think I can wait a week . Additionally, Right now it appears like you must include actual field item instead of the field name. For instance, &field:location=Home with "Home" in the actual URL. In the future will we be able to put field names such as &field:location=[location] (where [location] is a field name in collector) so that when you select the hyperlink (in the pop-up) it dynamically selects and what is in the field from the particular feature? Thanks.

While it opens Survey 123 from Collector, it does not direct to the specific survey and autofill the location with "Home" via the ItemID and field:location I have taken the ItemID from the link below... Am I missing something? I am logged into both Collector and Survey 123 with the same organizational account. Is there any other documentation. AppStudio has some but it is limited.

This happens every now and then and I finally got an operator to grab a snapshot. The fields have a hint of 'required' which is strange because you can't even have required fields in Collector (I wish you could). Also, instead of showing what's in the field, the pop-up title will show the field name. A simple restart fixes this but it is very annoying. Anyone else see this? I am unable to reproduce. This is a related table.
