Hi Hendrik, You also might want to take a look at this article as the error message looks very similar. Error: A connection with the server could not be established (WinINet Error while using HTTPS security, 12029), URL=https://machine.domain.com:6443/arcgis/services Do you have any forward proxy configured under 'Internet Options' on the ArcGIS Server machine? Is TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 enabled under 'Internet Options' on the ArcGIS Server machine? Hope that article is helpful. Thank you, Thomas.

Hi Jamal, The number of ArcSOC.exe is controlled by the minimum and maximum instances defined for a service. If necessary ArcGIS Server may spin up additional ArcSOC.exe to accommodated more requests. If you encounter performance issues for a high use service you may want to increase the number of maximum instances. In general I would recommend limiting the maximum instances to n +1 (n = number of cores). For example in a single machine site with a four core machine my maximum number of instances would be five. I've provided links to documentation below which talks about ArcGIS Server instances and tuning and configuring service performance. ArcGIS Server - Tune and configure services ArcGIS Server - Configure service instance settings If you have any additional question please let me know! Thanks, Thomas.

Hello Elias Liakos, Unfortunately I don't know of a way to automate a symbology change after a certain time period. In Collector symbology is controlled by the Web Map created either in Portal or ArcGIS Online. You may want to take a look at editor tracking. This can help you track who made edits and when. ArcGIS Server - Editor tracking for feature services. Thank you, Thomas.

Hello Enrico, You should be able to edit an items tags from the item details page. An edit option should be located next to the tag field. Each item requires a tag so you would need to provide a new tag. Portal for ArcGIS - Item details Thanks, Thomas.

Hi Valerie Hanson, No problem at all happy to help. If you do have a multiple machine site you can always check the status of a machine from ArcGIS Server Manager. ArcGIS Server Manager > Site > Machine ArcGIS Server - View machine information in Manager: http://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/administer/windows/viewing-machine-information-in-manager.htm Your correct ArcGIS Monitor gives you a lot of different ways to monitor your enterprise deployment. For example you can configure email notifications for ArcGIS Server error message (e.g. SEVERE, WARNING etc.). It also allows to monitor service usage and performance. It's definitely pretty powerful especially if you have multiple machines or multiple enterprise deployments. ArcGIS Monitor - What is ArcGIS Monitor: http://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/monitor/latest/get-started/what-is-arcgis-monitor.htm Thanks, Thomas.

Hello Kacy, When your user logs into Collector are they logging into to ArcGIS Online or Portal? Also are you prompted for credentials when opening the web map in Collector? It will be important to identify which web map items is prompting for credentials (E.g. secured service, basemap). For example if you have a Portal web map using an ArcGIS Online basemap you may be prompted for ArcGIS Online credentials. Thanks, Thomas.

Hi Jayateerth Deshpande,
Unfortunately there are numerous reasons why you might see performance issues with a map service. If performance continues to be an issue and you have the option you may want to create a support case.
However I can offer some can offer some clarification on the error message:
"The machine '**unspecified**' was not reachable while performing this operation. The server machine will be notified of this change when it comes back online. If ArcGIS Server is going to continue to be unavailable, remove the machine from the site."
This error messages usually relates to one ArcGIS Server machine in ArcGIS Server site being unreachable. In a multi machine site ArcGIS Server performs a periodic health check between each machine in the site. If one machine does not respond this error messages is generated. There could be number of reasons why this error message is generated. I've listed some of the most common issues below.
The ArcGIS Server machine is not resolvable across your internal network.
The ArcGIS Server windows service is not running.
The ArcGIS Server machines is offline.
I would recommend checking the ArcGIS Server logs of the machine reference in the error message (e.g. **unspecified**) I hope I was able to provide some insights into potential causes for the error message.
Thank you.
Thomas.

Hello Collin, There is a technical article which goes through process of batch exporting attachments from a feature class in ArcMap. The script runs per feature class so you would need to run it multiple times for each point line and polygon feature class. The script also allows you to define an output directory for each attachments table. Hope this helps! Technical Support - How To: Batch export attachments from a feature class in ArcMap: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000011912 Thanks, Thomas.

Hello Patrick, It would helpful to know a little more of how you are using collector. 1). Are you signing into Collector through Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online? 2). Do you receive a specific error message when the map fails to download? 3). Is this issue restricted to a particular web map? Thanks, Thomas.

Hello, To my knowledge you should be able to use a non-federated feature service in Collector for ArcGIS 19.1.0. Would you be able to provide a screen shot of the error message? What are the web map and feature service sharing settings in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Server? I recommend ensuring the web map and feature service sharing settings are the same in ArcGIS Online. If possible you may want to tested with an unsecured service to see if you get the same error message. Thank you, Thomas.

Hi Tory, Were you using online or offline editing in Collector? If you are downloading the web map for offline editing the device may have powered down before you were able to sync. If this is the case it's possible the edits are still store locally on your table. If you were using online editing any edits should be immediate applied to feature service. In this scenario any edits lost when the tablet powered down may not be recoverable. Thanks, Thomas.

Hello Drew, Do you have a backup or snapshot you can revert to? Alternatively do you have an export of your Portal site before the items were deleted? Unfortunately to my knowledge the only way to bring back the feature templates would be to rebuild your Portal site. If you have the option you may want to create a support ticket to go through the rebuild process. Thank you, Thomas.

Hello Emily, What are the Primary and Secondary Key fields used for your relationship class? I would recommend ensuring that the Primary Key (Feature Class) is a Global ID field and the Foreign Key (table) is a GUID field. It might also be a good idea to test editing in a web map. How To: Set up related tables for use in Collector for ArcGIS Thanks, Thomas.

Hi Diego, If you want to create an app from the Crowdsource Reporter template click on the 'Using a Template' option. You should then be able to search for Crowdsource Reporter from the available templates. The 'App' options is more like a sub-header and not a button. Below you have the option to create apps using a template or web app builder. Configurable application templates—Portal for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Enterprise Hope this helps! Thank you, Thomas.
