We are also facing same issue however key differences are: 1. ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1, all available patches except patches for Utility Network are applied 2. Entire System is on Azure VMs and Config store / ArcGIS /Portal Directories on Azure File share. Is there a solution anyone found out? Or is it that the HA system on Windows environment is known to experirience such issues when ArcGIS Enterprise is configured in HA mode.

Thanks Steven, you are right, that's the approach we have kept. Reason for looking at this log is intermittent slowness, in the map service performance, the the users experience. There is no web adaptor involved here, instead an load balancer which translates 6443 to 443 port.

Hi, I have a ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 setup on Windows server 2012 64 bit. Some times in a day, we gate ARcGIS Server log as "The machine '**unspecified**' was not reachable while performing this operation. The server machine will be notified of this change when it comes back online. If ArcGIS Server is going to continue to be unavailable, remove the machine from the site." I am not able to understand what is happening at the Site level.. HAs any one faced same issue? if Solved how?

Hi All, I am trying to design a Input Reciever in GEP using 'Receive Features on a REST endpoint'. When Created, the GEP gives me a rest endpoint in HTTP protocol. e.g. http://<hostname>:6180/geoevent/rest/receiver/<input name>/ Can any one help me create this url in HTTPS mode, as we have set up ArcGIS Server/Portal etc in HTTPS mode.

Hi All, I Have a Building Footprint Data with Population in each building. I would want to create 'Zones or Clusters' that would reflect a specific number of people for example, 'a zone with 1000 people'. Any idea how to do this in ArcGIS Desktop 10.2?

Hi Folks, I am trying to build a model where in I wish to select one Region from a Regions Featureclass, complete the series of steps and again start at second Region. I wist to repeat this steps until all the steps for all the regions ahve been run. There is only one FC for regions and the stpes involve selection of one region and clipping of some other polygon data which changes every now and then. I am using ARcGIS 1.1 SP1 Any Idea how to acheive this in Model builder? Cheers !!!

Hello Friends, Is there any one who can tell me if 'Portal For ArcGIS' is compatible with ArcGIS Server 10.1 Advanced Enterprise Edition? If So are there any functionalities that portal for ArcGIS will not be supporting when coupled with ArcGIs Server 10.1? Any other intresting facts/observations welcome as well. Thanks, Jay
