Thank you for the details about the workflow. Being able to author Geofences directly on an MMPK in Designer or potentially a tool in Pro to configure them have been discussed but I am unaware of where this might fit on a roadmap. You and others providing use cases does help.

I can actually reproduce this if I use "skip sign in" as well. It must not be looking at this "temp" portal as it would any other when executing the app link. I can get something logged to look into this further. Thanks for brining it up!

I dont see the same issue using a map in our AGOL organization and the link from the Sharing page. If I am signed out of Field Maps it will take me directly to the sign in page and the portalURL that was passed is listed at the top of the sign in screen. What happens if you sign in manually and follow this same link? Have you tried clearing the app data or reinstalling the app?

Hi all, We have released a beta build on the Field Maps Early Adopter website that includes a change that should address the Sign In issues reported here. Ensure you are installing the Beta build for the November 24.3 release and not the Field Maps Tech Preview build. They should have separate pages on the EAC website. If the beta build addresses the issue, the fix will then be available in the full 24.3 release next month. Thanks all for your help.

Hi @MitchellGrafstein we are looking at a potential workaround that we can push in the meantime. This would come in the form of a beta build so consider joining the field maps early adopter community if you are not already a part of that. If everything goes smoothly with that a fix would be a part of the 24.3 update coming in early/mid November. This issue is not specific to Enterprise as it can happen to any one "portal" including ArcGIS Online. This is why people are able to log into other portals (like a QA environment) or a different ArcGIS Online organization. Its related to the caching of credentials on iOS.

A fix for relative date filters has gone into the latest runtime (200) update. Unfortunately, the current generation of Field Maps is still on runtime 100.x. Field Maps will incorporate this new version of runtime within the next few major releases (hopefully early 2025) and this will address the problems using relative date filtering. I hope this update helps.

No problem, I understand peoples main concern is getting back up and running as soon as possible. We are just trying to gather as much information as we can. We may potentially have a device in the same state but we can log in to other Portals and AGOL successfully, it is only stuck on this error message when hitting a specific Portal. Its likely most customers only ever hit one portal so just trying to determine if we are really in the same state. Thanks!

If they havent reset the device already, or if there is another device showing the issue, are they able to tap Sign in to ArcGIS Online and get to the authentication screen? Or if you happen to have another portal you can attempt to connect to. We are trying to determine if the issue is tied to a specific portal being in a "stuck" on a device.

Are you using the category field to define teams? There have been talks about expanding the filter capabilities relating the the tracks feature service and its views. Whether those things may occur in Track Viewer or somewhere else is TBD. In essence, you want to create Track Views that are specific to a certain category and perhaps have users in another organization be able to view the tracks within this View. Does this summarize it well?
