Thank you for providing some additional context and logs. During the periods you outline, particularly on 11/16 15:20 and on, were you consistently offline? There are some periods where I see track uploads occurring but it does not seem consistent with what I might expect.  Can you try testing with battery optimization turned ON and let us know if you have the same issue? The changes we added for the track line generation were built around some of the logic that only exists when battery optimization is turned on. You asked about this in an earlier comment so I apologize for not pointing this out earlier but your logs helped pinpoint that this might be a contributing factor.  ... View more

Hi @JFujikawa thank you for the detailed response. Just to clarify, are you seeing any gaps in the track points that are being uploaded to the tracking service? You mentioned they showed up in AGOL but I wanted to be sure that there were no gaps in what is being uploaded and viewed online and that these are only occurring when rendered on your mobile device. We shouldnt be seeing the same frequency of this rendering issue once updated to 24.3 so i'm a bit surprised. I'm wondering if the mock provider is adding another variable here; we can look into that.  Are you able to export the troubleshooting logs from the device and share them? Bonus points if you can pinpoint the timestamp for one or more of the gaps you see in the tracks so we can line it up with that is happening in the logs.  ... View more

I tried setting Edge as the default Browser on my Android 14 device and I am able to log in to ArcGIS Enterprise successfully. There are still a lot of variables in play still (settings in Edge or Enterprise) so its hard to say what is really happening without being able to reproduce the problem directly. Field Maps uses the devices default browser to complete the authentication process. It could mean something with Edge is blocked in your Enterprise setup or at least the original error message you shared seems to indicate something along those lines. Do you know if other devices are using Edge and are able to sign in? ... View more

@IngridHogle It is on the roadmap but still a couple of releases out. I am not sure about the Mesa 3 as that is a bit smaller even than the Tab Active devices that are fairly commonly used among Field Maps users. It appears the mesa 3 has a 7" screen. ... View more

Hi @Kevin_MacLeod , the GPS metadata fields are simply that, just metadata and therefore are not required in the collection of features or calculation of accuracy etc. You can remove these as you see fit however I would lean more towards hiding them instead of deleting them in case you need to come back and review previously collected data. Hi @LRoberts_RDM , Make sure you are not connected to the receiver in TMM when you attempt to connect in Field Maps. I assume you have set the Configuration details in TMM already if you are getting the expected accuracy there. When you have a map open in Field Maps and you are connected to the R2, what do you see for Fix Type in the GPS details? If you wait for a bit, does this Fix Type value ever change? @JFujikawa @IngridHogle We plan to push an update around this with the next release of Field Maps in a couple weeks. Hopefully this update will improve the rendering of track lines in these types of situations, especially when a lot of stop/starting is involved  (changing of activity). Thank you for the details about the workflow. Being able to author Geofences directly on an MMPK in Designer or potentially a tool in Pro to configure them have been discussed but I am unaware of where this might fit on a roadmap. You and others providing use cases does help.  ... View more
