The team has been investigating issues on Android that we suspect are at least partially caused by OS battery/app management. For iOS there have not been reports of the same issues but I would note that you cannot force close Field Maps have Location Sharing continue interrupted as iOS will not re-launch the app until a significant location change is detected by the OS which can take some time. Not sure if that is a workflow you are doing or not. Putting the app in the background should be fine. If you notice a reproducible case with this behavior please do let us know.  ... View more

Hey @tiztrain , there will be some changes and improvements made with how the track lines are generated in the future. Sometimes this happens as a result of a bad GPS signal on the device but also sometimes there are other factors. Unfortunately you cannot remove the track lines individually.  ... View more

It looks like the My tracks card (and toggle) is not there at all. This should mean that the logged in user does not have the Location Sharing user type extension (or Tracker license). This license is provisioned as part of the Mobile Worker user type or is an add on license for any other user type. Was the card appearing previously? If its only happening for certain layers I would guess there is something in the schema or data causing the error but cant be certain without looking at it directly. I would suggest reaching out to Tech Support on this one if you can.  By the way, is there anything else in the collapsible details sections of the console error you attached? ... View more

Hi @RodellZorilla , I tried with a view layer created from a points layer and I cannot reproduce the error in Designer. Are there any specific filters/configurations you are setting when creating the view layer that could be unique here? I just set up a simple filter definition on one of the fields for mine. You can try opening devtools in your browser (F12) and see if that shows any additional error info in the console.  ... View more

Hi Rachel, You would need to proxy the basemap (embed your AGOL credentials) in the basemap item in order to avoid this prompt. Do you, or someone else in your organization, have ArcGIS Online credentials you can use to do this? You would take the URL you posted and add as a new item to the Portal from the Content page. During this process you can check a box that you want to add credentials to the item. I hope this helps! ... View more

I have some thoughts for those on this thread still running into this issue. Its possible the OS is ending the process due to battery optimizations or memory limitations on the device which have become more aggressive with newer versions of Android. Has anyone seen this issue on a different Android 13 (or 14) device? Could those on this thread who are still encountering this issue try the following: Open Settings > Apps > Field Maps > Battery > Select "Unrestricted" (the default is Optimized) Also: Open Settings > Battery and device care > Memory > Excluded apps > tap "+" and select Field Maps > Add Can you still reproduce the problem after changing one or both of the above settings? One theory I have is that I cannot see the issue because my device is a testing device and fairly barebones in terms of what is installed.
