Enable editing was checked, but not Keep track of created and updated features. Once I checked those and saved the settings, the fields were created and was able to save Viewer settings in Survey123 Web App. Thanks for your help.

Classic Collector v18.0.3 Phone: Samsung Galaxy S8 Model# SM-695OU vREV1.0 Multiple users reporting issues when opening Collector using Default Basemap on same phone model. If users change Basemap, functionality works.

Dispatcher map has a Map Image Layer show the data points for assignments to be created on. Dispatchers cannot click on the points and the pop-up with the option to Create Assignment appear. Dispatcher Web Map has pop-ups enabled for the Map Image Layer. The functionality does work for Feature Layers.

Yes that worked. So every time I make an change to a survey I need to delete that view Open Survey123.com and change the Viewer settings again

Made a minor change to Survey via Connect (added value to choice list) uploaded the survey, but now users cannot see submitted surveys after the date of change. Happens for multiple surveys for all Users. No data filter, etc. on Survey123.com

iPad model #MH2U2LL/A version 11.2.5 (15D60) Suervy123 v3.0.149 User is attaching photos to the survey, via Image question. Using CustomURL, user is opening Survey123 from Explorer. Filling out questions. When it comes to an Image question, user is clicks Home button and opens Camera app, takes photo, then opens Survey123 again and uses Folder icon to attach recently taken image. Then the follow occurs All Images act in similar fashion there after on survey. If the user uses the Camera icon and takes photo directly from Survey123, the issue does not occur. The reason for using the Camera app, was in previous Survey123 versions we had issues with the Camera icon function and the workflow outlined above allowed the user to save the images in case of errors in sending or saving to drafts.

Using a CustomURL (see attached) to pull Basin from feature service, but the feature service has a domain so the custom url is pulling the code and not the description. Created the basin.csv file to use the pulldata function, but not working. How to convert domain.code to description in Survey123?

Currently operating several surveys that work off Custom URLs, but now I want to take New Collector(Collector Aurora)/Survey123 integration a step further. Is it possible to open create an IF/THEN statement for opening a a survey based off a value in a field of a recently dropped point? Work Flow: Open New Collector. Drop point at asset, take picture, and select the Structure_Type. Submit the point. Click on newly dropped point, and using a custom URL open a survey to inspection that asset based off the Structure_Type selected. Dispatchers are creating assignments every quarter for the same address for workers to complete a Survey123 inspection at that location. The only thing changing in the Create Assignments dashboard is the Due Date and ID. Too minimize clicks and typing I was hoping that a future enhancement of saving fields as favorites is possible.
