Is it possible to increase the timeout for the arcgis server manage site? I would like to know if it is possible to increase the timeout for the Arcgis server manager site? since it will logout automatically after around 20 minutis, and I would like to increase this time.

You need to make sure that the Arcgis server service is running, if not please try to start it. Otherwise, you need to go to the properties of the service change the user account to ./Arcgis and type its password. Kindly find the screenshots below:

The option 'Allow labels to overlap borders' will not work when applying offset on the label, this has been reported as a bug with the following information BUG-000116296, hope it will be enhanced in the future. Best Majdoleen

How to divide each polygon in a grid layer into a specific number of labeled columns and rows on Data view. I have a grid layer (index) and I am trying to divide each grid into a specific number of columns and rows (A,B,C as Columns and 1,2,3 as rows) in order to intersect these new grids with a point feature layer to have the exact location of a point, ex: in page 120, zone A3). Please, note the attached screenshots for more details.

How to remove the conflict between the feature labels and the frame when using data driven tools? I would like to print out a data driven file, but there is a conflict between the feature labels and the frame taking into consideration that the maplex label engine is active. What might be the issue here? Thank you in advance. Best Majdoleen

I do agree with Jamal, it works with me most of the time when the gdb and mxd are contained under the same root, I only faced this issue with the data and the mxd attached in the link below: http://www.mediafire.com/file/bta1zyfbd55z3yk/GeoMOLG.rar Best, Majdoleen

Why the mxd should be at the root level of the folder, please note that the saved folder is on the root of geomolg folder. Best, MAjdoleen

Thank you bhishek Sharma and Jonathan Quinn, It seems that the scripts provided are to restore the services (republish the mxd), what about the users, polices, cache and the certificates? Using export/ import site from the admin page solve lots of issue. Have you tried it? What do you think? Best, Majdoleen
