Usernames based on ArcGIS Server built-in users, It seems that it is a virus or script that change the password based on time intervals (every two hours for example). I still did not figure out where the virus is, and I couldn’t stop it from changing the password despite the fact that I renamed the passwordrest.bat file to something else. Thank you JQuinn-esristaff I tire to copy the directories/ config-store files to my local machine, and tried to join an exciting site and type: Admin URL:* https://photogrammetry.molg-eng.ps:6443 (my local machine URL). User Name/ Password: the user name of the old site (join to) But I got the error attached. What do you think?? Thank you Jonathan Quinn , In case of formatting my server, do you suggest that we need to use (export/ import Site), and set the config-store and directories to the network folder for example? And in case of caching folder, for sure we need to copy the cache. But despite the fact the we didn’t move the config-store and directories when using import site on the second server, most of the services are returned to work. What do you think? Best, Majdoleen ... Great, thank you Pan gis, your solution resolved my issue. Do you have any idea if we can apply this for symbology too? Right now, the only way to show the symbology of many features is by using offset X and Y.(attached) But unfortunately, if I have three MDLF projects, it will show only one symbology! What do you think? If the issue of labeling one to many is resolved by using join, why not to have an option to resolve the symbology of one to many? ... View more

Thank you so much Jonathan Quinn, your suggestion is very helpful, but unfortunately, I observed the following:      Warning messages as shown. 2.   Most of the services are stopped, and if we restart them manually, we will get the error attached. (overwrite publish will resolve the issue)(attached)   3. Despite the fact that the data shared folder is registered to my ArcGIS server, the services don't appear. It is not cached! I noticed that deleting data won't remove or disable an associated map service, but it will result in errors (check ArcGIS Server logs). Is this the normal behavior? how many days it will display the data? Best, Majdoleen ... View more

Dear Jonathan, I tried your suggestion with no effects, and It appears that this is not related to local Cache. And I couldn’t figure out how consuming the service is still possible by ArcMap despite that I removed all the local cache, and the services is not cached? !!!!
