Hi Pan, Thank you so much for your reply, I do agree with you, my expectation that the join works only for One to One, but I surprised when we found that the records in the joined table is one by one, but when it comes to label and symbology, the ArcMap 10.5 is displayed the records of the table (more than one record per feature) but if we have for example (1-7 records) only four records (labels/ symbols) appeared per feature. Please feel free to test it at your environment, kindly download the data from this: File sharing and storage made simple Best, Majdoleen

We couldn’t figure out why when we join a feature class with a table, the label/ symbology of the records is appeared only for four records per feature, taking into consideration that the relation between the feature and the table is one to many, For example, we have a feature class (communities) and a table (All_projects_Area_C_17_4_2017) and want to join the feature with table and keep only the matching records taking into consideration that the relation between the feature and the table is one to many (attached), what we found strange is that the records in the joined table is one by one, but when it comes to label and symbology, the ArcMap 10.5 is displayed the records of the table (more than one record per feature) but if we have for example (1-7 records) only four records (labels/ symbols) appeared per feature. Is this a new behavior when it comes to join? And How to increase the number of displayed records for both labels and symbols (more than four)? What might be the issue here? Thank you Best, Majdoleen

Thank you Abdallah, I highly appreciated your effort, it will be great if anyone can provide us with the best practice to join the same feature point with the same table but after applying different definition queries. Best, Majdoleen

Hi Abdallah, After tried your suggestion, I found that when trying to join the view table (which contains only 37 records as shown in my screen shot), the join will depend on the main table and not the new one (47 records), so this solution will not resolve my issue, what do you think? Thank you Abdullah, I have one more question, can we edit the view table and the edit will reflect it on the main table? Is that available? Best, Majdoleen

ArcGIS fails to copy the same table in the layer list in order to apply multiple definition query, Despite the fact that we can copy the same feature class and apply different definition queries, we couldn’t apply this on a table, also when trying to add the table from the GDB, we can add it only once in the data frame? For example, I have a feature class and one table, and want to apply different definition queries on the table and relate it to the Feature points, I want to keep the same structure (one table and one feature class and relate them with different queries), what is the best practice? Any suggestion is highly appreciated. Thanks Best, Majdoleen

Errors reported by the logs of arcgis server, We couldn’t figure out why we have the errors reported by the logs of arcgis server (attached) Is this mean that the services are not running? What are the reasons behind these logs? And how to minimize these logs? the code column refer to what? Thank you in advance Best, Majdoleen

Thank you all, I tried all your suggestions, and non of them fix the issue! Have any one tried it by downloading the mxd and the data source from this link? http://www.mediafire.com/file/bta1zyfbd55z3yk/GeoMOLG.rar @Chris Donohue, GISP Kindly note that no changes were made; instead the mxd was closed, then reopened but now the links are broken. Thank you all. Best, Majdoleen

Thank you Dan, I am setting the correct source and save my mxd file as shown in first screenshot, And when opening the mxd, I found that it returns to its old status, and fails to save the data source as attached. Please feel free to download the required data from the link below, and test it at your machine. http://www.mediafire.com/file/bta1zyfbd55z3yk/GeoMOLG.rar Thank you in advance. Best, Majdoleen

Mxd fails to preserve the data source, Despite that the "Store relative pathnames to data sources" is checked, the mxd fails to preserve the data source, and displays the exlamination mark whe(attached) We tried to save the mxd as a copy and rename it, but the issue presets to exist. What might be the issue here? Best, Majdoleen
