Hi @MariusVerdes . Just as a quick note. Please take a look at this blog post to get webhooks enabled in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1. At the moment, there aren't any dedicated triggers associated with the ArcGIS Enterprise connector as webhooks are not officially supported until ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2. Enabling webhooks and Fetch Updates for ArcGIS Ent... - Esri Community As for your inquiry - once you have the webhooks enabled, you can fetch the changes and then export them to any external system you want. SharePoint lists are extremely easy to work with are the easiest way to track and update information. There are connectors for Excel and can be used in conjunction with the ArcGIS connector. You can create your flow so that it captures anything new that has been created or that has been updated. Here is an example of what this might look like in your flow: Updating a record in a SharePoint list: Create a new record in a list:

Hi Mele. It appears that you have the first part of the flow set up correctly using the ArcGIS Connector. For the HTTP Webhook action, did you push through or enter the appropriate credentials in the "Advanced options" menu?

@BradyWalker2 - Awesome! I am glad that worked. That is correct. Beta support for webhooks starts at 11.1 and above.

@BradyWalker2 - In most situations, this would be the typical format when setting this up. As a note, 10.9.1 is not officially supported in this component, however, once you configure these settings, it should work correctly. Let me know if this helps! {

Hi @BradyWalker2 - for this issue, you will need to add this application ID to your ArcGIS Enterprise URI settings. This is typically done from the Administrator's portal (backend). What version of ArcGIS Enterprise are you running? I have seen this happen on earlier versions of ArcGIS Enterprise, but not so much on 11.0 and above. Let me know if you have issues configuring this on the admin pane. For reference and where to begin: Open a new browser tab and enter the Portal Administrator Directory URL (https://<domain>/<webadaptorname>/portaladmin). Click Login and sign in as the portal administrator user. Click Security > OAuth > Update App Info or Change App Info.

@NataliyaLys - Thank you for reaching out and sharing the flow information that you are having an issue with. Currently, there is an outstanding issue related to retrieving updates from a feature layer that we are investigating and looking into. The bug does not appear to capture the first update that is made, but a subsequent update will be captured. In the first update, you may see an output that contains an empty result in the output section of the action: [] I am wondering if that is the reason for the flow not triggering or if there is in fact a parameter not being met. Would you be able to share a screenshot of a flow that has run? I would like to check out the outputs of the flow itself. The output should look something like this: Let's see if we can get this up and running for you!

@GISAdmin7 - The ArcGIS Enterprise connector in Power Automate officially supports 11.0 and above. However, it is possible to connect to other ArcGIS Enterprise versions (as mentioned by others in the thread and forums). That said, it should run smoothly, but you might run into unforeseen errors and processes since the connector was built against 11.0 and above. Let me know if this helps!

And to clarify, a bit further: The ArcGIS Enterprise deployment must be public-facing and receive requests over the Internet. The ArcGIS Connectors for Power Automate do not support connections to disconnected ArcGIS Enterprise deployments or configurations using a Microsoft on-premises data gateway.

Hi @ahargreaves_FW ! What this means is that your Enterprise instance must be able to communicate with Power Automate. In short, the ArcGIS Enterprise connector will only work with Enterprise instances that can be reached without the use of a VPN or internal network connection. Let me know if this helps clarify it a bit!

@PatriceLabbé @ZachBodenner - Depending on your environment, it may take a bit of time to roll out completely. For example, in government-based sites, it can take up to an additional 2-3 weeks before it is deployed. However, I have tested this with a number of accounts (expect for a government-based account) and see it appear in the list. Please let me know if you don't see it by the end of the week (assuming you are not in a government space). We may need to contact Microsoft to understand where it is in the queue.
