What could be the issue here?

From the symbology, the bands representing the RGB channels are set. For example, in the screenshot below, Red is assigned to Band 4, Green to Band 5, and Blue to Band 7. Additionally, the datasheet of the imagery should indicate what each band represents

I tried the “unknow” option in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.2 and it appears to work fine. In the screenshot below: The coordinate system of the map is “Palestine 1923 Palestine Grid.” The coordinate system of one of the layers is “Palestine 1923 Palestine Grid,” and the other is “Israel TM Grid.” Now, in the case where these two layers are added to a map with the “Palestine 1923 Palestine Grid” coordinate system, they are aligned according to the coordinate system of the map, which in this case is “Palestine 1923 Palestine Grid.” If the coordinate system of the map is set to “Unknown,” then the two layers will be displayed using their absolute units.

Hi Faiez, But in principle, why should the failure to display the imagery in the PDF be a coordinate system issue? Isn’t the PDF supposed to simply display what physically appears in the layout? I have reattached the image with its GCS before it was assigned a PCS.

Hi Dan, The issue here is that once the “Georeference” button is clicked, the imagery disappears before starting to work with the control points and cannot be zoomed to using the “Zoom to Layer” option. How can simply clicking the “Georeference” button cause the imagery to disappear? What could be the issue here?
