It is very frustrating that the behavior is not stable. Now, the pop-up is able to retrieve values from three rasters out of four! By the way, I observed the following: If the pop-up is unable to retrieve a value for a particular raster, two things happen: Exporting the layout of that raster as a PDF results in a file where the raster is not displayed. If the “Classify” method is used as the symbology method, the raster disappears. It’s like a syndrome—with no clear reason for this strange behavior!   ... View more
