It is very frustrating that the behavior is not stable. Now, the pop-up is able to retrieve values from three rasters out of four! By the way, I observed the following: If the pop-up is unable to retrieve a value for a particular raster, two things happen: Exporting the layout of that raster as a PDF results in a file where the raster is not displayed. If the “Classify” method is used as the symbology method, the raster disappears. It’s like a syndrome—with no clear reason for this strange behavior!

What’s frustrating is that ArcGIS Pro—specifically the model builder—is not stable. With the same settings, it sometimes works as if there were never an issue. Then, after a while, running the model again triggers the same error. Is this a bug? We never encountered such issues in ArcMap when working with rasters.

Thanks, Alfred Baldenweck. The issue was that once the “Georeference” button is clicked, the imagery disappears, and you're not given the option to perform the georeferencing steps.

From the symbology, the bands representing the RGB channels are set. For example, in the screenshot below, Red is assigned to Band 4, Green to Band 5, and Blue to Band 7. Additionally, the datasheet of the imagery should indicate what each band represents
