@GordonCourtney thank you for the quick turnaround! @Rafael_Bombacini is looking into it We would love to have more examples in which the OCR is correct, but COGO Reader failed.

@LeeGravel Web App Builder is being deprecated - see announcement here. It is being replaced with the Experience Builder, which is based on a newer version of java script (4.x). Do we have to make COGO Reader available to parcel fabric users on the web? yes When? not in the 'near-term'. We want to release the parcel fabric on ArcGIS Online first.

@GordonCourtney we have done some work on non-tangent curve for ArcGIS Pro 3.6. Can you please provide us with a deed that is failing for you? If you cannot share it publicly in this post, you can also submit a technical support case or 'copy-paste' the portion of the extracted text that describes the parcel (metes-and-bounds)..

Hello @Jessica_Watson We have noticed it as well and are working to fix it as part of ArcGIS Pro 3.6. As you have mentioned - it is not easy to consistently reproduce. Regardless, we recommend opening a case with technical support.

@CodyPatterson @BillFox @shanshan Tru curves should not become densified. Please contact technical support to create a case. We haven't heard about this from other customers.

Hello @EllenEndebrockCOM You will be happy to learn that the parcel fabric is used for 'parcels' in the broader sense. This means it is also used to maintain simultaneous conveyances (subdivisions, condominiums) and administrative boundaries (for annexations). There is also functionality that will help you perform annexation workflows where land is being transferred from one administrative boundary to another (city/county boundaries, special districts etc.) In the future, we plan to expose COGO Reader as a web app for parcel fabric users. The parcel fabric uses simple feature classes. It is a data controller (just like geodatabase topology) - so minimal effort to migrate your existing data. If you "bring" your data to this meetup, we'll walk you through the process: https://www.meetup.com/esri-parcel-fabric-meet-up/events/308790854/

@MichaelVolz - Yes, it will require ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0. Users who use a file geodatabase will be able to use ArcGIS Pro 3.6 or higher.

@dgiersz_cuyahoga I think the answer depends on whether or not you care about the lines. If you do not care about them, just delete the lines and the points that defined the old 2'x2' footprints, the 'correct' lines and points will be created once you press build.
