Have you seen COGO Reader?

Good day Parcel Aficionados,

With the release of ArcGIS Pro 3.5, the parcel fabric team has introduced the COGO Reader Tool.   COGO Reader is a new tool designed to assist editors that enter metes and bounds to describe land boundaries.

I'll send the deeds I've tried to tech support, because none have been successful with non-tangent curves

@AmirBar-Maor do you have tips how I can change the wording for a non-tangent curve in the text box, once the COGO Reader has scanned the image? I am in Florida and it is not mapping the non-tangent curves. I have tried changing the wording, but can't get it to work. If not, is there a way to edit the traverse window within the reader like you can edit in the traverse when not using the reader?

@GordonCourtney  we have done some work on non-tangent curve for ArcGIS Pro 3.6. Can you please provide us with a deed that is failing for you?
If you cannot share it publicly in this post, you can also submit a technical support case or 'copy-paste' the portion of the extracted text that describes the parcel (metes-and-bounds)..

@AmirBar-Maor Thank you for your reply. I am on version 3.5.3. I have 
a screenshot of the legal description with the non-tangential curve in the COGO Reader. I have tried rewording it to no avail. 

 Editing to add that I was able to get it to map finally, by changing the wording to:

FEET TO A POINT CURVATURE, A CURVE TO THE LEFT; HAVING A RADIUS OF 560.00 FEET,
THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 10°09’05” AND BEING SUBTENDED BY A CHORD WHICH BEARS
S46°15'11"W, A DISTANCE OF 99.22 FEET;

Can you please provide the deed you are using?

@AmirBar-Maor It's a recorded easement so I will share the link. It is the drainage easement 2 that has the non-tangential curve.

We would love to have more examples in which the OCR is correct, but COGO Reader failed.

@GordonCourtney  Legal descriptions are often written differently depending not only on the state or county but also on the individual preparing them. We have tried to cover the majority of deed formats, but it seems that this one can also provide valuable insights. I really like the way you rewrote the curve description. I also created a simpler version (please see the image below).
