Hello,  Updating this thread-  We've upgraded to Enterprise 11.2 and we are now able to see the ability to edit related records. For those who stumble across this, here is more documentation for this functionality :  https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/create-maps/create-form-mv.htm  Something that I didn't find clear though, that I hope this post saves you some time (maybe I missed it)- When you're creating the form for the related table you need to: Ensure both Points and related tables are in the map viewer (this is documented) Add the related table to the form for the points feature layer (this sets up the form relationship) see diagram below:     1. Add the relationship to your parent layer form:    3. Go to the table in the map viewer and add the fields to the related table & configure conditions from here   Once you save the map, the related table fields will be visible in other applications when editing the parent point layer's information:  (add new record or edit existing)   Hope this helps someone who comes across this!  Best,  Amanda Huber       ... This is a great workaround for quickly viewing graphics, but unfortunately screen readers cannot read images like PDFs. So any text on your map is lost for those with accessibility needs.  Alternate text would fill that gap but not be comprehensive as it can't capture everything that's in the map.  Just something to think about! ... We did some testing on this. It appears that any PDF that has been updated since the recent AGOL release is now requiring download everywhere and in ArcGIS Hub as well. If it hasn't been updated, it appears to still be 'viewable' in the browser.  ... View more

Hi @ShengdiZhang ,  Thank you for your response. I'll add some additional details below:  #1- We are using ArcGIS Online's Experience Builder. To clarify- auto height does shrink to size (but still has issue in #2), custom size does not shrink to filtered area.  #2- In live view we see the double scroll bar when set to auto:  and out of edit mode we also see this double scroll behavior:    The container for this list is much larger than the list as well therefore there should be no reason for a double scroll:  Thank you,  Amanda ... That's great for you, but most government organizations are unable to utilize/host in the Google Suite. I know this is an issue for quite a few gov. orgs here in the Midwest.  So far we haven't found another good workaround (no go for Dropbox for our org), but we're still looking. Would love to hear what others are using to host until/if Esri resolves this issue.  ... View more

Adding our voice to this. This is a very frustrating change that broke a large portion of our public maps workflow. It was not communicated to us, the customers and came by surprise after this last AGOL update. From this thread it sounds like others are just as surprised.  Please re-consider finding a solution that's safe to host.
