Hello ArcGIS Pro Tasks group I am trying to understand if the "Get, copy, and calculate attributes" functionality of ArcGIS Pro Tasks can help me with my workflow. Here's what I need: Join the local feature class to a hosted feature service Select several features in a local feature class (and therefore joined hosted feature service) Calculate several values from those local feature class selected records to the hosted feature service What I'm struggling with is that the "get attributes" function will allow me to make variables I can then use in field calculations. However, without performing a join is there any other way to do this?

Hello ArcGIS Pro Team I am struggling with how to embedded parameters into a task step that will automatically open a specific GeoDatabase, allowing the user to select the most recent Feature Class and add it to the map. I have selected the 'Add from Geodatabase' command but, upon running the task, get the below error. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Craig Gillgrass Your description of the workflow is pretty much spot-on and exactly what I hoped to implement. How do those others pull assignments into a single layer? GeoEvent? Python? something else? Thanks

Hi Craig Gillgrass I've created an idea here requesting this capability. I actually want the same type of work across all regions. The desire to split this out into different Workforce for ArcGIS projects is for map performance. If i bundle everything into a single project I need to bring all "asset" layers into the dispatcher and worker maps. Not only is that going to dramatically impact performance of those maps, but is unnecessary for workers in the west to pull in assets from the east. True, I can set scale dependencies etc in my map to mitigate this, but I'd still prefer to have these as independent workforce projects. I'd be keen to hear how other customers are handling this. Thanks

I'd like to be able to 'reuse' Assignment, Dispatcher & Worker feature services across multiple Workforce for ArcGIS projects. Why? Because, as a national organization we create tailored projects, centered on certain geographic regions with specific map layers in their dispatcher and worker maps. However, I want all assignments in a single feature service for easy display in a dashboard etc.

Hello Survey123 for ArcGIS team. I often leverage HTML formatting when creating surveys to help draw users attention to values. However, the HTML is carried through from the labels and not the names from my 'select_one' list. list_name name label yes_no YES <font color='green'><b>YES</b><font> yes_no NO <font color='red'><b>NO</b><font> Results are recorded into the feature service as: Therefore I'd like to request that Survey123 support HTML content in the Feature Service.

Thanks Aaron Pulver - that's kinda nifty. I also set it up to filter not just a list but a pie chart of assignment status. It took me a minute to figure out how to set up the Category Selector correctly so I have included a screnshot below to help others. I appreciate the help!

Hi Aaron Pulver Just so I'm clear after reading your blog post: Monitor Your Workforce Project Using Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS there is NO WAY to get a workers name to show in the 'Assignments' feature service? Basically, I'm unable to track, by name, which staff have been assigned work using this layer in an Operations Dashboard? Furthermore, because these are hosted layers created for me there's no way for me to create a relationship between the Assignments layer and the Workers layer?

Jake Skinner I'm dead in the water here; unable to filter features collected in the past two weeks from a SQL powered ArcGIS Server Service using: "definitionExpression": "DATE_OPERATED BETWEEN (CURRENT_TIMESTAMP - 15) and (CURRENT_TIMESTAMP + 15)" However, as others have mentioned above I can successfully query these records directly out of SQL using: SELECT * FROM [Corona_Web].[sde].[VALVE_ACTIVITIES_] WHERE DATE_OPERATED BETWEEN (CURRENT_TIMESTAMP - 15) AND (CURRENT_TIMESTAMP + 15)

Craig Gillgrass Thanks for the answer. Is there any other way to accomplish the below: Have multiple Workforce projects, each with their own Dispatcher and Worker maps (eg: Workforce Project A contains Worker map A and Dispatcher Map A) Each of these sets of maps contains other, additional different layers to assign tasks to (eg: Different Water Distribution systems in different parts of the county, so Project A contains Water Distribution System A and its extent is set on the east coast. Workforce Project B contains Worker Map B and Dispatcher Map B as well as Water system B and its extent is over the West coast) Have the same Assignments, dispatcher and Worker layers across all those Workforce projects/in all these maps Here's why I need it - I want to be able view the Assignments layer etc in a single dashboard. However, if they are all separate Assignment layers I can't do that. It seems a little silly to me that Workforce enforces a standardized schema yet I can't take advantage of that by sharing it into other Workforce projects. It also goes against the idea of AGO being a collaboration platform...

Hello Workforce for ArcGIS team, Is there a way I can create multiple Workforce Projects that reference the same Assignments and Dispatches layers? I know I can do this manually, through swapping out the feature services in the various maps after creation but just wondering if there is a more optimal way of doing this? Ideally, I'd want a single Workforce Project with multiple assignments, each referencing a different map extent and group of users who can be assigned. This is related to this posting asking about users per assignment.

Hello Workforce for ArcGIS team Is there a way to create multiple Assignment Types within a Project and somehow attach users to each? For example: Assignment A can only be assigned to mobile workers 1,2 or 3. Assignment B can only be assigned to mobile workers 4, 5, or 6? This is related to this post asking about if it's possible to have different worker maps under different assignments.
