I don't believe there is any way within AGOL to do this directly, but you could use AGOL Assistant to copy the symbology section from an existing layer symbolized the way you want to the new layer...see this similar post: Solved: Copy Symbology form one ArcGIS Layer to Another - Esri Community Vote up this Idea... Thanks Jianxia. Users always want more. I don't understand the rationale for including specific widget functionality in one app design framework and not in others (ExpBuilder vs. WAB). The mobile-adaptive nature of ExpBuilder and the ability to create Pages is compelling and I WANT to build apps in it, to take advantage of the control it gives me over the user experience, particularly in mobile. But Near Me-like functionality is also important to my audience. My wish list? I want all the WAB widgets to be included in ExpBuilder.

FYI - if your ExpBuilder app includes a "Details" widget, the first record in the list will be selected on start. The "List" widget doesn't have that same behavior.

Is the general plan to replicate current WAB widgets within the ExpBuilder world? At the moment I'm specifically longing for the "Near Me" widget...

Is there currently a way to put functionality similar to the "Near Me" WAB widget into an ExpBuilder app? If not, is there a plan to include it? I'm trying to migrate an existing "Parkfinder" app ( https://arcg.is/X95Di ) from WAB to ExpBuilder ( https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/14a6e13597264940a244207ae4490b28/ ).

Yes, what you have working in your Experience looks good. I don't seem to have the option to do this: "In your Map widget, you must add a “Select Data Records” trigger to your List widget." See screen shot. Thanks

Clearly you can't use the * and still exclude any of the fields (ID in your case). I think you will have to explicitly specify the fields you want returned in the query.

To re-state the problem, you want to delete the buffers and summary tables (Model 2), then create the buffers (Model 1). Easiest thing might be to put all this processing into a single model. That way you can make last process in Model 2 a precondition of the first process in Model 1. That would force operations to happen in the desired order.

Idea: Add Action to filter widget to force related map to zoom to the filtered results I have an Experience Builder app with a map on one page and a set of filters on a second page. When the user turns on some filters on page 2, it would make sense for the map on page 1 to zoom to the extent of the filtered features so that when the user goes back to that page they see the results of the filtering.

Idea: Add configuration option to the list widget to force full population of the list when ExpBuilder initially opens. When ExpBuilder opens, a list widget initially loads and displays only a subset of the features that should be in the list. When the user picks a feature from a map, that feature gets highlighted and shows up in the list, but since not all features are initially displayed, that selected feature shows at the bottom of the list (ok), but none of the intervening features in the sorted list get populated yet. So...if the user tries to click on the highlighted feature in the list, the highlighted feature gets PUSHED off of the display (seemingly disappearing), as more features (but still not ALL features) suddenly populate. To further demonstrate the problem -- if, when ExpBuilder initally opens, the user manually scrolls to the bottom of the list, this forces the list to fully populate. NOW, when the user clicks on the map, the feature is highlighted in both the map and the list and the list scrolls properly to show the feature in its proper place in the sort order. User can click in the list and it operates as expected.

In Experience Builder, when the user clicks on a feature on the map, I'd like to zoom the map in to a predetermined scale. Currently, if the user clicks on a feature in a list you can create an Action that zooms in to that feature on a related map. I want this same action on the map itself. Click the feature, zoom in to it.

"It sounds like you want a user to click a feature and then it just zooms to that area based on an automatic or custom scale. " Yes, exactly. I'll submit this as an Idea. Been beating my head against the wall as I couldn't imagine this wasn't possible... Thanks David.

Super simple question - I have an ExpBuilder app with a map and a list. When the user clicks on a feature on the map, I'd like to zoom the map to a predetermined scale. Seems like this should be VERY easy, but I can't find how to make this happen in ExpBuilder.

I do not see the highlighted option when I create a group. My role is Publisher. Can you confirm that I have to be an Administrator in order to have that option available during Group creation? Thanks.

Tim, If your images are hosted somewhere (i.e. they have a URL you can point to), then take a look at this: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/create-maps/configure-pop-ups.htm Look for the "Show Images" section of the documentation. If you enable popups on the webmap and configure it as described that should work.
