Hi @SAMHAYES1, We are currently working on the support for multiple photos in QuickCapture, it will be available in the upcoming release if everything goes well. Can you be more specific on what attributes to be stored in the captured records/photos? Thanks, Mandy

Hi Jesse, Thanks for your feedback! We are actively working on both of the enhancements you mentioned here. For (1), the idea is to enable a user-defined choice list for the button user input dialog: instead of pulling a list from a field with coded value domains, the choice list will be manaully entered by users, and the selected value will write back to a text field without doamins applied. Would this better support your project?

Hi Vladimir, Yes, you can also enable oriented imagery if you're connected to an Enterprise portal. Go to https://quickcapture.arcgis.com and choose Sign in with ArcGIS Enterprise. Follow the steps to enable oriented imagery in Designer, when done, go to the Oriented Imagery web app https://oi1.img.arcgis.com/app/index.html, specify your portal URL and log in. Then select the created oriented imagery catalog item and add it to the web app. Thanks, Mandy

Hi Whitney, The 'Capture location' is a stand-alone button that captures a record every time you press it in QuickCapture, this button and its captured records have nothing to do with Survey123 but purely come from QC; What the link button does is launch the linked survey and pass predefined attributes from QC to S123, for you to start a new submission inside S123 with less typing. This will result in two point records as expected. If you just need one point record with both QC and survey data, I'd suggest getting rid of the 'Capture location' button, simply use the link button to pass QC variables to survey, and continue to fill in more attributes and submit the record usingS123. As for streaming line and polygon features, you will do this in QuickCpature by adding two more buttons, one capture line, one capture area. Let me know if it makes sense, or you need more clarifications. Thanks!

Hi Brian, this is also possible. For the value that needs to be entered before data collection, the project user input will serve the purpose. Project user input can be applied to one or more data fields for one or more buttons, in your case, the Location field. A project user input is a predefined global input at the project level, it shows up at the project opening, field users can change the value of it before or during the data collection process.

Hi Brian, Yes, it is supported to capture streaming points in QuickCapture. The streaming point option will be disabled if a button is set to capture Single point and has a Button user input applied to one of the Capture fields. If you want this button to capture streaming points, make sure the button user input is unselected from the data field. If the issue still persists, please send us a screenshot of the issue or share your project with the account: QCCreator, we will take a closer look. Thanks, Mandy

Hi, Megan! By other attributes, do you mean pre-populating the value of a feature layer's data fields in Collector and pass them as QuickCapture URL parameters? We don't support it, but would like to hear about your use cases. @JohnHasthorpe

Hi Jesse, the example above is just an illustration of the concept, the key here is simply to apply the button user input to a data field that has coded value domain defined. We have a similar template called Marine Debris Sampling. You can try it directly in the QuickCapture mobile app (Continue without signing in), and if interested, deploy it to your account in QuickCapture designer and customize your project based on it. You can also send us your feedback at QuickCapture@esri.com or if you have any issues setting up your project.

Hi Jesse, here are some ideas: The Known species button. Create a data field with coded value domain (a list of valid species) and configure a button user input on this field for the button. You may want to create several of these buttons for known species, and group or categorize them by their family. You'll also need a Other species button for the tree species that are unknown, and also set it with a button user input to take notes. QuickCapture supports offline maps including tile package, vector tile package, and mobile map package, they can be created from ArcGIS Pro. In the standard workflow, you'll need to upload the package as an AGOL item, then set it as QuickCapture project map. Adding the package as an item is good for distribution purposes if several field workers were to sign in to QuickCapture and work on the same project collaboratively. Unfortunately, QuickCapture currently doesn't support adding a map/package from local files on the device.

In short, the 'Location Latitude/Longitude' means the coordinates when a button is pressed in QuickCapture, the 'Photo Latitude/Longitude' specifically means the coordinates when a photo is taken in QuickCapture. For example, when pressing the 'Deer' button like below in QuickCapture, the value of 'Location Latitude/Longitude' variables is captured. Then the camera dialog appears, now when you press again to take a photo, the value of 'Photo Latitude/Longitude' variables are captured and are saved to the photo EXIF tags. In most scenarios, the captured coordinates of these two locations are almost the same, but in some at-speed data collection workflows, a user may press the button at one location and take a photo at an updated location. Or some people just require the exact location info where the photo is taken, so the 'Photo Latitude/Longitude' variables become more useful to them. Thanks, Mandy

Hi Helene, this is not possible, unfortunately. If you give the field with a fixed value, it by default always stores this given value when the button is pressed. If you want the user to dynamically enter a value for SharedID, try configure this field with a project user input. However, neither of these would satisfy the need for auto-incrementing.
