I have a select_one question with 5 potential responses. I have a corresponding integer question that is filled in based upon the results from the select_one. I have a calculation on the integer question that either returns a 0 or nothing depending on the select_one. If the calculation is 0, worker moves on, if the field is blank from the calculation, then the worker is required to add a value greater than 0. Can i add a constraint to the integer field only when the calculation returns 'blank'? Thanks, --gary

Not that we have run into. Our largest data set using the barcodes is our wells with approximately 400 (not a huge number). --gary

Matthew, We use Barcode LabelMaker Enterprise software from Aulux to create QR codes that we use with Survey123 for well inspections. Avery WeatherProof shipping labels have stood up for 3 years running now in North/Central PA weather. The barcode software allow you to import a data table and assign values to different label components. --gary

MS Flow and Survey123 work great together via AGOL, having MS Flow work with surveys published in Portal would be great. --gary

I have monthly inspection data that I am creating a report for and I am having trouble setting up a conditional statement to populate a table column based upon the month. Does anyone have an example they are using where they are selecting data by month to populate a report template? Thanks, --gary

Mark, Trying to replicate your workflow and i am not seeing the new GeoEvent Definitions so i cannot complete the out of range filter. Any Ideas? I am trying to compare an inspection date from a survey123 inspection to the current time and if they are within an acceptable range, ie 15 minutes, send out an email. Thanks, --gary

Is there a way to verify if the user scanned a barcode rather than manually inputs a value? We have barcodes on our assets that contain the id value that is scanned (ie. 50006). For QC auditing, we would like to know if there a way to capture that the barcode was scanned or that the id was manually input. Ideally i dont want to add fields asking if the barcode was scanned or not, i am hoping there is some data that can be grabbed similar to using pulldata for EXIF and/or geopoint data. Thanks, --gary

On a similar vein as above, I was testing some new surveys that are soon to be being deployed with a co-worker today and I am looking to find out if the following is expected behavior. We were using a tablet that will be a shared device used in the field. I (admin) had downloaded several surveys that are not shared to the co-worker i was working with. When i logged out of Survey123 and my co-worker logged in (not an admin), ALL of the surveys that I had downloaded to the phone were visible to my co-worker even though they have not been shared with him. He was able to open these surveys and collect data. He could not upload the data as the Getting Service Information window just spun and spun and eventually S123 had to be closed to clear the error. Is this the expected behavior? Are there plans to separate user accounts (similar to C:\users\yourname\) on a windows machine so that only shared surveys can be seen by different users that login to a shared device? Thanks, --gary

Stefan, Enabling the INBOX allows the users to access/edit existing records in the feature service without collecting a new survey. Prepare for editing existing survey data—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Regards, --gary

I have a hosted feature service being used to collect data from Survey123. We have a 5 digit code for all of our wells that is just a 5 digit code. It is not 50,006 or 32,348 they are 50006 and 32348. When i look at the data on the item page in Portal, the data is shown with the thousands comma. Is there a way to have the data not show the thousands comma? Thanks, --gary
