I am trying to do the following: Truck checks into staging area and has a barcode scanned to enter Truck ID and date/time checked in. There will be multiple trucks waiting in the staging area and they are to be released by the longest wait time. Is there a way to see the calculated time since check in in the name of the survey in the INBOX. I can get the time to display once only and it does not update when INBOX is refreshed. Is this possible? We are trying this due to lack of Internet at some locations so having an experience/dashboard with list of wait times might not work all the time. Thanks, --gary

I am having issues embedding a survey in a dashboard and experience builder. I am receiving the following error for both: Enterprise 11.4, survey shared to public, survey owner is admin for portal. I can open the url directly in a browser but not in dashboard/experience builder. Are we still able to embed S123 in dashboards? Thanks, --gary

When I open an InPrivate window I get the following message: If i hit block, i get the same error as in my dashboard - if i hit allow then the survey loads in the browser. --gary

The query was working fine. It still pulls the records for the past 365 days, I just don't get the edited surveys being pulled. The INSPECTION_DATE field is never edited, just info about repairs. Thanks, --gary

The Sent folder is not enabled for the survey. The edited surveys are not showing in anybody's inbox after edit. refresh of inbox does not help. We have an inbox query to display all surveys for the past year --gary

We have a survey that collects inspection and leak data. Recently when a leak has been edited via the INBOX, ie. repair method, date, etc. added, the survey no longer shows up in the INBOX. The data is in our database but the surveys will not display in the INBOX. This is a problem as we typically have 2 or 3 edits to a leak. This issue started approximately 1-2 months ago. Any assistance would be appreciated. Survey created in Connect Data collected using iPad/iPhone (all IOS users) Edits via INBOX performed using Windows Laptop, IOS devices SQL Server SDE database Regards, --gary

We limit certain surveys for editing by activating the inbox and only displaying the past ten days with a query expression: created_date between CURRENT_DATE - 8 AND CURRENT_DATE+1 This will only display surveys collected within the last ten days (backwards 9 days plus today) so these are the only surveys available to edit via the Inbox. You could try a formula of today() greater than created_date in the relevant field. That might do it. --gary

Just to clarify, I am trying to embed a URL in a PowerBi dashboard that will open Survey123 to a specific survey that will be edited. I do not need to necessarily embed Survey123 in PowerBi. --gary
