Looks like you have required fields that are not filled out in the form. Any questions with a red asterisk next to them are required fields and have to be filled out before uploading the survey. --gary

The data can be retrieved from the devices used in the field if the Sent boxes have not been emptied. I am not sure how many devices and surveys have been uploaded and if this is possible for you. Thanks to Esri support for their help in solving an issue we were having that was related to BUG-000108569: Survey123 for ArcGIS documentation does not say that the maximum field length limit is 19 characters. In addition to the field names being less than 19 characters, the form_id must also be less than 19 characters or you will receive the following error: Table name should follow the pattern <catalog> schema.table Thanks, --gary

Has anyone had to move their BDS, containing production Survey123 hosted feature services to a new server? I was informed today that the current server that has our bds installed on it, will be decommissioned. I am curious kind of headache this will cause in keeping all of the S123 forms working. This works but it appears that i have to remove the survey123 connect credentials from the credentials manager every time i open survey123 connect. Has this been seen by anyone else and is this being looked at? Thanks, --gary

I just found this this reply in another thread: "How many Portals do all of you use? This may be an issue with storage of sign-in credentials, added in 3.0; every sign in credential gets added to the Windows Credential Manager, and if it ends up storing too many of these credentials, the sign in can fail to open. If this is the case, then it can be solved by deleting all of the Survey123Connect entries within Windows Credential Manager, which can be accessed through the Control Panel." Removing the 2 Survey123 Connect entries from the Windows Credential Manager solved the problem. Thanks, --gary

I just updated Survey123 Connect to 3.0.127 and the Sign In and Publish buttons do not work. Clicking on them causes them to blink but no response. I am running a 64 bit OS on my machine trying to login to Portal 10.4.1 via ADFS. Thanks, --gary

I changed the owner in .iteminfo file and that cleared the previous error. However, when i tried to re-publish, the publishing process hung up on Updating survey form package (see attached). Is there anything else i need to change in the .iteminfo? Thanks, --gary

We recently switched our Portal Authentication from SimpleSAML to ADFS. This changed all of our Portal usernames from LastName_Firstname to [email protected] I tried to re-publish a Survey today and got the following error "The Survey was published by a different user (LastName_FirstName). All of the Portal content was copied to the new account but obviously something broke. Is there a way to change the username so that I can update this survey without having to re-name and publish new? thanks, --gary
