During the past UC2021 the search () appearance was presented. I have done the example from the demo video and it works great because a public layer was used. Example layer: I have tried to implement it in my own survey with our layers, but it cannot "access" them. When copy and paste the URL of the private layer, it needs a token. My layer: Results: Is it necessary to add a token so that survey can "read" the private layers themselves? If the token is required, how can I create it, and how to add it to the URL? Thanks a lot.

I have a problem with the sum of several fields in a survey. Context: We are collecting data for construction projects. We need to sum the different types of professional members of the team, for this, every type of worker has a field. We designate a field with the calculation: ${WorkerType1}+${WorkerType2}+... and publish. Problem: The number of workers types have increased, and we need to sum for the total of workers. The update for the calculation field is ${WorkerType1}+${WorkerType2}+...+${NewWorkerType1}+${NewWorkerType2}+... and republish. Everything looks good in the app, the calculation is fine, BUT when we explore the data in the Feature Service the calculation was wrong! the data of the new fields are not added to the calculation. All the fields are esriFieldTypeInteger: Integer, default: 0, Constraint: .>=0 Some ideas for correct the calculation?

Hello @Ruth_JiatengXu. I have a similar question. I need to pass a value from one question in the Parent Table (principal survey) to all the related values in the Child Table (repeats). In the first stage, the user defines the hospital (parent table) and the equipment (child table) as a relation 1-N. In the second stage, another user defines the date (parent table) of the visit to the hospital. We need to pass the visit date defined in the parent table to all the equipment. This works very well in the app, using the recalculate button, but in the webform the button gets freeze. Our workflow is necessary to use Webforms and the App, we designed in Survey123 Connect v. 3.12.232. We don't test in Early adopter yet, because this will be in production as soon as possible. Thank's in advance.

Hi @Anonymous User . Very useful the feature for CSV files linked to a survey for updating data. It works very well in the survey123 app, but it doesn't work well in the web form. I update several CSV files for a webform but the changes don't apply, only in the survey app. What can I do for these changes that will affect the web form survey as app?

Hey MaddieShields2 Thanks for the feedback. In our case, we discover several images were corrupted and crashed the report, so we deleted them, and works fine!

Hi all. I have some trouble when the users are editing images question. When they click over the images, the interface gets a freeze, and the window can't scroll down or up... So they must update and lose the changes they made. @JamesTedrick @IsmaelChivite did you know about this error?

Hello James. We are working in ArcGIS Online. I'm the owner of the survey (administrator and creator level). I upload it again without any change for a refresh, and try to close again, it doesn't work. This survey is shared in a group with almost 2 field workers.

Hi all, I'm trying to change the state of several Surveys to "Closed: not accepting responses" but, when hit the "Save" button, I receive the error "Cannot read property 'success' of undefined"... This happened whit many surveys. Does anyone know about this error?

Hello all. I have a problem with the multiple images attached to the survey form. On other occasions the reports with multiple images have been produced without a problem, however, we have had some problems when the reports with a lot of images, giving a sending error without any other related information. In some cases, the report cannot render the images giving an error when produced. The images do not have a size restriction What's could be the problem? Any idea? @IsmaelChivite
