Hello, I recently added root and intermediate certificates to my ArcGIS Enterprise Site to enable https communication across the environment. I have certificates on the users browsers that verify at my web adaptor tier and also at my portal and ArcGIS Server. For some reason, I can not get my Portal homepage to show my agency logo. I have checked the html code in FireFox and Internet Explorer and the same URL persists in both. The banner will come through my web adaptor: https://webadaptor.domain.com/PORTALNAME/home/images/banner-2.jpg The agency logo will not go through the web adaptor (URL): https://PortalMachine.domain.com:7443/arcgis/sharing/rest/portals/self/resources/thumbnail.jpg?token=13131321 No matter how I try to add this logo the address will not go through the web adaptor. Every other element on the homepage goes through the web adaptor. Unfortunately, the logo will not and I'd like to clean up my homepage. Any tip or trick would be appreciated.

200% is impossible. Multiple Core CPU’s still don’t help that much. I have found that one great chip is better than all these multi-core chips that are really designed to support VM environments. Change your parallel processing factor to 75% (24 GB’s) and build a model using model builder to run the operation and export the model to Python and run. It won’t take 6 hours. Lastly, the Windows OS will not dedicate CPU Cores and RAM with the efficiency we desire for ArcGIS Pro. Let me know if you find a better solution. Best of Luck, JB

My internet explorer settings were my problem. I need to make sure TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 are checked on. If those are unchecked the vector basemap will not add.

I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.0.1 and I can not get around the following error "Federated Server not available". I'm trying to share as a web layer and each time I attempt to publish up to my Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro will not enable publish to occur. I can not find any documentation on this error or warning and I'd like to find out some of the causes for this warning.

Just thought I would follow up..I have lost the ability to add vector basemaps again. I keep getting the red exclamation point everytime I try adding a vector basemap to ArcGIS Pro. My network is not great so I have to do alot of troubleshooting to identify the cause. I had it working but I think the changes reverted back to an existing security configuration. Stay Tuned...

I use to be able to make Mosaic Datasets but now I can't. The geoprocessing goes fine and I receive no errors. However, when I view the two mosaic I made two this week using separate locations I get the same GRID values and the rasters I loaded are all grey with no texture. Has anyone have an idea what step or option I am missing. I have recreated this issue in ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro 2.0.

I had to reset IE browser settings and that did the trick. Troubleshooting issues adding ArcGIS Online basemaps to ArcMap | Support Services Blog 9. Reset Internet Explorer and make it the default browser. Open Internet Explorer and select Tools > Internet Options. Click the Advanced tab and select Reset. Test to see if the issues persist. If they do persist, as a test, try setting Internet Explorer as your default browser (On the Programs tab of the Internet Options, select to Make Default). Test to see if the issues persist. If this resolves the issue, set your preferred browser back to default and test again. If the issues return, please contact Esri Technical Support. I disabled Access Protection and then ran the installation. The installation folder wasn't 'flagged' by McAfee because it was disabled at the time of installation.

SOLUTION Hi All, I have identified the issue. McAfee anti-virus protection was blocking the folder that the Solutions Deployment Tool uses to operate. Hi Chris, I created a New Folder and a *.TXT file in the {a8c04e88-6d5d-498d-ad00-b76b409b5cd3} folder. It still crashes at startup with the add-in.

I changed the privileges to the AppData folder and all subfolders. I tested my results by creating a New Folder in the AssemblyCache folder and the add-in still causes ArcGIS Pro 1.4.1 and ArcGIS Pro 2.0 to not start up.

Hello, I tried moving the Add-In folder to a location ArcGIS Pro could reach. I closed the application and reopened. The fatal error reappears. I did this on my 1.4.1 machine and my 2.0 machine. The two machines are on different domains. One uses active directory (2.0) and the other is a novell based login manager (1.4.1). I just wanted to bring this to your attention. When I find a solution or workaround I will post.
