Tom Rippetoe this is amazing feedback, thank you for taking the time to write it all out. We are planning a review of some of these more "system" buttons (tabs, bottom bar, etc.) as well as how to give users more control over their expressed intent on receiving updates, so your thoughts are both timely and well considered. I might reach back out to you to get your thoughts on initial considerations from the outcome of that review.

Hi Tom Rippetoe the capability targets the social buttons today; however, our next release will update that to target the entire button to clear up the confusion. We haven't released yet this week as we are closely monitoring election traffic, but the change is ready to go once we have the green light. Questions for you if you have a moment (feel free to email me at brollison@esri.com if you'd like)... - What made you want to turn off the sharing button? - Is there a difference in your preference when viewing your site on a desktop or mobile device? - Do you always prefer all new functionality to be opt-in only? If so, what manner do you feel is best for being updated around new functionality (ex. in-app, email you sign-up for, weekly checks of the changelog, etc.)? Thanks and apologies for any confusion!

Matt Sund we've seen a few reports of the header logo taking a few seconds to populate; however, never populating is not expected when set. Can you send along your sites' URLs? If you'd like to send them to me directly, then reach out to brollison@esri.com The change Thomas Hervey is referring to in the future will prioritize the site's thumbnail over the logo, this is due to logos often being illegible in social cards (grey/white logo on grey background) or being "closeup" due to tall/wide logos not fitting well in the close to 1:1 typical aspect ratio of these cards. Thumbnails are 2:3 which isn't perfect, but a vast improvement for most.

Nathan Fazer thanks for reaching out -- I've verified the social media card works as expected for Facebook posts and timelines in Hub. Are you using the social media card or the iframe card within your Hub site/page layout? Can you send along the Facebook timeline you are looking to embed?

Kara Shindle -- thanks for reaching out. Are you using a Document Link for the database URL? The usage of Document Links varies quite a bit - where many customers simply use it to link to an external destination, others use it to identify a web resource which is never meant to be opened by viewers. We are discussing internally how to handle this bifurcation on the use-case. You do have an immediate workaround. Register the Laserfiche database URL as an application -- Web Mapping will do just fine -- these currently open directly from the gallery card, header menu links, etc.

Lindsey Stone - thanks for reaching out, let's pull apart your two issues... Setting a Gallery Sort - this was made available to Online customers late-February so should be available for Enterprise 10.8.1 Modify Icons Individually - this is not possible today, but I'll make a note on the backlog a desire to customize per content icons...this would likely require setting the Gallery Card to "Manual" mode in the future...you can "workaround" this by setting the item thumbnail as you'd like in the home app, in this case you won't be limited to the pre-supplied icon thumbnails

Hi Jovana Burz -- none of the embed style Hub site/page layout cards (i.e. app card, iframe card, map card, etc.) currently have a "touch to interact" style configuration yet. Given your comment, it sounds like you are referring to a map card within a StoryMap which is embedded on a Hub Page. Hub doesn't have any control over what is inside an embed style layout card, this would have to be controlled by the configuring application (StoryMaps in this case). I've looked at the new StoryMaps map card, unfortunately it doesn't appear it provides a "touch to interact" configuration either at the moment.

Hi Jovana Burz -- there isn't an option to configure the placement of the button on desktop at this time. Typically the left tabs are reserved for always present content interactions which don't interfere with the configurability of the page; however, it's clear in your case that is actually causing conflict. I'll make a note on the feature to consider in the future.

Hi Cynthia Roush when you select the arrow are the text cards appropriately resized? To my knowledge, the resize indicator (vertical bar next to the arrow) has never been enabled for drag-to-resize, what browser did you use where you were able to do this?

Hi Brett Thome -- very odd, could it be the other group you used was not publicly visible? It is a little counter-intuitive, but public content shared to a non-public group isn't accessible to anonymous users because they cannot access the group's directory to see what content exists.
