Hi, I would like to have the possibility of entering billing info when using ArcGIS recources. With the current reporting, it is possible to report only on users and items, but we also need to have project billing numbers so we can know the amount of credits to bill to our different customers.  For example, when doing geocoding in ArcMap, any user has to login his ArcGIS Online account to use ESRI geocoding service. Could the login window include a project number field, not only username and password? Also, when performing a report from ArcGIS Online, it is possible to get a report by user, giving per item feature storage and analytics credit consumption. For a soil tracking form, we have field workers taking note of truck licence plates in a text question. Many errors occur while noting it down. Are there any plans to have text recognition from photos so they don't have to write down the license plate number? ... View more

Are there any tools to bill by project numbers when using ArcGIS Online services ? as it is now, all we know is the username who performed a process, but in our engineering business, we work by project numbers, not by users when comes the time to bill. As it is now for example, when performing geocoding in ArcMap, a user will login to his AGOL account. That won't help to know for which project he or she did this geocoding. When a user publishes layers to AGOL, again we only know the user who published, we don't know for which project it was. Am using a Start and End question in order to calculate the time required to fill in the form. However, since I have allowed to make copies of submitted records as new records, the Start value is never updated at the start of a new data input, only the End value. To avoid this problem, I thought of calculating the elapsed time with the CreationDate but I don't know how to insert it in the calculation column of my XLSform I had success using int((decimal-date-time(${end_time}) - decimal-date-time(${start_time)) * 24*60*60) but no luck with int((decimal-date-time(${end_time}) - decimal-date-time(${CreationTime)) * 24*60*60) Thanks ... Hi, in a survey123 form for contaminated soil tracking, we wish to generate a QR code for each published record. Any development plans to support this? The trucker would take a photo of that QR at loading site. Disposal site clerk would scan the QR code and fill in whatever additional questions on his form.
