Not sure if this will work but you can try converting each Census Tract to a point using Feature to Point geoprocessing tool.

If you're talking about an Index table, I always made my tables in Excel. Just open the .dbf file in Access and format it the way you want and export it to Excel

Create a new text field in your rd feature class. Do a spatial join between your Rd feature class and you grid feature class (Choose within match option). This should join your grid and roads together. Once you have two feature classes, (Road feature class and Grid feature class) perform a regular join between the two and then use the field calculator to concatenate the Road name and grid cell into the new field created in your Road feature class

I have since figured it out in ArcGIS Pro. My issue was I hadn't done georeferencing yet in Pro and I didn't know how to activate the Georeferencing tab so I could Move to Display and Add Control Points.

Is there a way to display an elevation profile in ArcGIS dashboards? I have a Trimble R2 receiver which is configured to calculate elevation height from a point and would like to build an elevation profile from these points and display it in my dashboard or link to it from my dashboard

Have you tried converting them to a feature class instead of a shapefile? A feature class allows more attributes than a shapefile

I want to make my dashboard viewable with a group inside my organization without having to login to the organizations ArcGIS Online account everytime. How can this be done? Should I make the dashboard shareable to everyone or can I leave the share settings set to Organization?

I would like to display an site image of each project I have in my projects dashboard. I have followed the online instructions for adding an image with html as part of the dashboard but it works as the same image/s for each project and that's not what I'm trying to do. I have separate images of each job site and want to display the image for each job site in the pop up as I select them from the list element. How do you display images for each job as they are selected? Should I add each image as an attachment in the hosted feature class table?

I am trying to convert some CAD files to geodatabase files so I can upload them to my ArcGIS Online account. I can get the CAD file georeferenced in my ArcMap document but when I try to do the same in ArcGIS Pro it doesn't show. So then I ran the Convert CAD to geodatabase tool in ArcMap and it ran successfully but the output file still won't show in ArcGIS Pro so I tried sharing it to my ArcGIS Online account as a layer package and I can see the CAD drawing but it doesn't come into my webmap where I had it georeferenced in ArcMap. Can anybody help me on how I can get this to display in my ArcGIS Online web map?

Still trying to figure this issue out. I am in the configure pop up editor for the Capital Projects dashboard web map and am trying to get the Project Phase to Highlight the current phase of the project specified in the Infrastructure Projects Hosted Feature Layer. Right now it is not highlighting any phase of the project even though it has a phase specified in the Infrastructure Projects Hosted Feature Layer. I found the attribute expressions and it looks like each phase has an Arcade expression which determine which phase gets highlighted, but it looks like the table cell is not reading the attribute expressions. This is where I am stuck at. Could you help me with this or point me in the right direction?

Figured out the problem, the attribute expressions are not updating, but I still don't know why they are not updating.

I know Infrastructure Projects is the Hosted Feature Layer that gets updated and Capital Projects is a layer view which is used by the Capital Projects dashboard. I checked and Project Phase is not deleted. I've been trying to familiarize myself with how to configure all the elements within the dashboard. I finally figured out how to edit the pop up in the web map and while trying to add two fields to the Project Details element, I may have shifted the table that contains Predesign, Design, Construction and Closeout phase in it and now it doesn't highlight the table cell in the dashboard like it was. That's the issue I am facing now.

Can you explain to me how the Phase table in the Capital Projects dashboard works? How is it linked to the Capital Projects table to show what the phase of the project is? I was trying to figure out how to add some more attributes to the details element which contains the phase section and in doing so I must have moved or deleted the link for the Phase section because it is not updating anymore. If you look at the little snip I did of the pop up, you can see it is shifted over a little from the rest. I am assuming I shifted the table while trying to add other attributes and that is why it isn't working anymore.
