I want to add, after you finish Raster to Polygon for all raster criteria ( slope > = 15, Aspect =45 or >22.5 AND < 67.5 , Dem for above 400 meter ), put all polygons in Intersect Tool Intersect—Help | ArcGIS Desktop to get the place that has all this criteria .

You can create Spatial Join without create buffer layer. Spatial Join—Help | ArcGIS Desktop using closest and you can define search radius equal to buffer range that you created. / Or Just Join Data based on location and use Closest to it .

How do you add new points to the excel sheet, while you display XY data? if you try to open excel sheet while you display XY data, it will be opened for reading only. you can't edit any thing or you will be forced to save in other location.

Create a perfect map for your city. then you can put 3d symbols. as the following. 1- prepare all your city symbols as PNG Picture. 2- create point feature class. and draw one point on monument. 3-make your symbology as a category using any unique Field such as (name of monument) for make unique symbol for each point. and add all values. 4- fill your symbology with the PNG Picture as in following picture.

This error can be correct by using topology . But If you want to correct it quickly using Arc Toolbox . so : The first case ( a ) it can be corrected by using Trim Line tool. Just you need to use 2 tool : 1- Select Layer By Location to find the lakes that contain an island. Select Layer By Location—Help | ArcGIS Desktop 2-then Use Select Layer By Attribute to select areas larger than 20 hectares. don't forget to make selection method/type in this step " Select from Currant Selection / Subset selection". Sorry, but if you want to know the count of observer points for each line, you should spatial join for point feature not line. Right click on points layer in TOC > Join and Relates > Join.. > select Join data from another layer based on spatial location. Then select line layer . then second choice for closest line. Finally , after you get the output from last step, Summarize the OBJECTID field that related to line feature . and you will get the count table.

When you are using topology, and your rule is for 2 feature class. you may be need to know the error that inspect for which feature in feature class. The feature 1 is for OBJECTID number in the first feature class in rule (Class1 ). And the feature 2 is for OBJECTID number in the second feature class in rule (Class2 )
