Thank you it worked!!! There were about 10 in each group that added at the same time. We will continue to add to the map during our next online PD.

I am making an editable feature class in an AGOO and would like a group of 30 people to input attributes to a couple of new fields that i have already created. They will all being adding data at the same time. I think this will work since multiple people can use the collector app at the same time. Anyone have experience with this many people adding attributes to an editable feature class? Charlie Fitzpatrick

The only way I can think of is changing the owner back and forth which the admin can do (or perhaps a custom role). That is for configuring the story map template. Sent from my iPhone

Here are four ways to share a story map: 1) share the URL in the URL bar 2) search for the story map using the id number in the URL or search for the title (if using the title check that the author is the same). Once you have found it open the item details and select share. You can share with a group that you both belong to. (Note it is possible to invite people to an org with a customized role so they can only view material.) 3) some templates have options in the story map to share via social media 4) in GeoNet there is a way to share items. I believe you use the ! But will check on this Sent from my iPhone

Basically the org users have to be logged into AGO/AGOO and geonet with the same username and email for the community and forums button to work. The only way I have found for the button to work with a different username is if I log into geonet first. I did some experimenting and this was the result (when I was not prelogged into geonet).

I am an AGOO administrator and am considering leaving member's esri access disabled. This removes the button for community and forums from the website. Other than removing that shortcut are their other consequences for the member? Allison T3G Alums

OK I get how the community and forums button works now. I experimented (see image below) and see that I have to be logged into AGO or AGOO with the same username that I want to use in geonet for the community and forums button to work. I was confused because I only use one email but I see that the community and forums button wants to transfer the exact username (and email). So none of my organization attempts were sucessful. Like you said it only wanted a public or organization account with the same username. Thanks! Allison

So what about the case of using a document link to access the gallery of one (or more) organizations I am member of through the gallery of another organization I am a member of. This could allow me to log in to 2 ( more) organizations in the same browser. I am thinking of a teacher in a school organization creating a document link to another organization such as the grace project - and wanting to log into geonet. it seems like it would be best to use three browsers in this case. And i should only add doc links to other orgs that I cannot log into.

"So Tony has 7 AGO logins, all attached to one email. No problem, other than keeping them straight, remembering the passwords, and using the right account for the right purpose." I have the same email in geonet as other organizations - but I cannot access geonet through the community and forums button that becomes active when esri access is enabled. I get errors and have to open a new browser. This is frustrating for organization members so I wonder if I can just leave esri access disabled (hide that button). It makes it seem like the geonet and organization account are the same but they are not - especially if I want to participate in multiple organizations - right? It seems like I would have to create a new geonet account for each organization to use the Community and Forums button. Allison

I know that administrators can see everything in the organization so it must be in there - but the person (as non-administrator) does not have permission to see it somehow. Some thoughts are to check the group settings and to see if the person has two accounts - maybe the other account was added. One time I saw that someone was not actually logged into the organization - but it does not sound like that is the case if they can see it as a admin.

THank you for your quick reply. I want to make a map with the collector app that is editable by some but only visible to others. I would like K12 students to add points with the collector app while other members of the community watch the points show up LIVE -I don't want the viewers to be able to edit the LIVE map. Thank you
